      Sleep lighter?

Im sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Anyway, im sleeping REALLY deep. This is causing be to be unaware during my dream, and in lack of vividness.
So now i really need a way to sleep lighter. I really need to think vividly, since i wanna start a "Second life"

      Don't go to sleep tired?
Going to sleep earlier usually makes me sleep lighter.

How much sleep do you get, on average?

Yeah, like the previous post says. It depends on how tired you are or how much sleep you usually get. If you go to sleep maybe an hour to 30 minutes before you think you will be tired (or just have a set time) you will sleep lighter.

I doubt your problems are being caused from being too deep of a sleeper, but more from you not having enough sleep to hit those all-important REM phases that come at the tail end of your 8-hour sleep cycle. Deep sleeper or no, hitting that 7hr+ point will ensure you've got at least one dream you can remember, which will lend to stronger recall and eventually that second life you want.

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
