Hey last night I became lucid and started to spin, but once I started I got caught up in the movement and couldn't stop. It felt like I had too much momentum and I sort of forgot what my intention was as I was spinning. |

I have tried spinning with mixed success. I find that it is effective in the middle of a dream, when you have already been stable but that stability is starting to collapse. In this situation, I have enough lucidity to maintain focus through a complicated action like spinning. But at the very beginning of a lucid, it can be hard to remember and disorienting. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
