Thread: Lucidity inducer Application PC

I have made an application for windows that could help effectively create lucid dreams.

The application workds like this:
1. You choose a .Wav file which could be a song or a recording of a voice saying "you are dreaming". some audio track of your own choice.

2. Set the time for the sound to start. (should be set to the time till your next REM).

3. you should sleep with headphones if you can, or use many speakers places around your head, since you will wake up to easy if you hear the sound comming from a known source.

4. the volume of the PC should be relatively low, just high enough so you can hear the musik/voice.

5. press "travel" and fall asleep.

If you would like to try the program please please do so, and maybe comment back if you have any critic or you found the program usefull inducing lucid dreams.

Ive made my own. Didn't work for me. Though this method does work for others.

Ill give it a try tonight.
