I know some methods like spinning or walking through a door and expecting the new scene to appear, but in some situations these aren't possible. |

Maybe you can try pulling an article of clothing over your face or putting your hand in your line of sight. That way you get the same essential effect of closing your eyes, just do you have to risk opening them in real life as well. I've never had any experience with these, so don't quote me on them if they don't work. Just thought it might be worth a shot. |

Well the method I use most often is simply imagining what will happen. If I am running from someone, for example, I will build staircases, secret hallways, etc. as I run in order to confuse them. Opening a door and imaging what you will see also works in the same way. |

My idea is like Slumberless's. You just say out loud where you want to go and then walk through a door or around a corner. If you are flying you can fly through a cloud into your destination. I learned that spinning works but only if I keep my eyes open. If they are closed when I am imagining the place I will stay where I'm at. |
