      Changing the dream scene

I've actually had a fair amount of lucids...
a lot of mine start out if i'm sleeping then wake up (its even better if its for over an hour) then go back to sleep.
but i really still cant change my dream scene... unless i physically just travel there like in RL
i can travel somewhere different, even fly, but its usually building to building i cant travel like around the world or anything. and i cant change my dream scene at will...
my largest dream scene changes come through false awakenings where i'll just "wake up" somewhere different.
any advice for making changes in the dream scene?
even the other nite i was trying to turn the light on in my dream, turning the switch and i couldn't even make that small of a change. its kind've frustrating... any advice?

also i was thinking about it yesterday and i realized that in my lucids im almost ALWAYS by myself... i think ive had maybe like 5 lucids tops (that i remember) where other ppl were there.
the other night i had one but i was in a regular dream where me and my sis were in a witness protection program and some guys coming to our car trying to kill us and then started to wake up and realized that i didn't have to let this guy kill me it was a dream... and then went into lucid mode.
so there was other ppl there then... but usually not. any reason yall can think of for this?

The way that I change my dream sence is I just walk into another room expecting the new sence inside of it. Even if im in my bedroom Ill just say teleport me onto a beach and I walk out the door and onto white sand!

Spinning while concentrating on the scene works for some, but others must be more creative. Opening a door to a new scene is classic. Using a point 'n click map can work, too. Super speed can get you to your destination in a flash. If you can spawn a cartoon hole (a la Wile E. Coyote), then you're in for some fun times (mirrors and walls work, too). My favorite method is using a picture (off of a video case) and hopping in. Quirky, but it works.

I'm afraid I can't provide insight onto why you are isolated in your dreams. Perhaps it reflects an introverted personality, or maybe a belief (such as "because I'm dreaming, I'm really the only one here"). Try entering a subway, a restaurant, or a mall, because we often associate these places with crowds.

First off your going to have to expect the lites to come on, this is true with any dream control. To change scenes you can spin or close your eyes while picturing the place you want to appear.

      Find a dream guide perhaps...

      or use a Universal remote
