Well, I'm assuming that you need the alarm to wake up or you would not have set it... if not, then why are you setting an alarm to disturb your sleep unless it is a technique you are trying out?!
I just meant to anchor yourself in the dream so that it is as real as possible so that you don't get ripped out of it.... if you start to feel the dream fading, grab onto something, even if it's you or your shirt...something to link and ground yourself to the dream.
I thought spinning may be a bit uneasy if you are already in the process of losing the dream? I thought it was better if you wanted to quickly change the dream setting or environment.
But you could also look into getting an alarm that turns off automatically so that you don't have touch it at all. I always use the alarm on my phone, I actually have 3 different ones I use, but my phone is an android. I have my normal phone alarm, which is my last and final resort when I absolutely must get up. Then I have my auto off alarm after about 5-10 seconds in to wake me during REM sleep. And then I have my alarm that is in my ElectricSleep app, which tracks my sleep movement and patterns to wake me about and hour before my last resort alarm based on how much I have slept from my movement.
Other than that I'm not quite sure what you are looking for, how to stay in a lucid dream while your alarm is blaring away??....not sure if that is possible unless you sleep like a rock
