      Having trouble with shapeshifting...

      This is a little embarrassing as much shape-shifting I do while lucid, but this has become a problem I have to face.

      I recently have been having a lot of trouble shape-shifting. I feel the initial changes in my body, and the incredible pain associated with it, but now it's not finishing. Sometimes I don't even feel the initial changes. Regardless, I am still human in the end. I am getting really frustrated, especially knowing I have done it so many times before.

      Maybe I am expecting/believing the actual transformation to last longer than it used to, or maybe I am trying too hard now? I have tried taking a pill, visualizing it, and other things but to no avail. Any suggestions?

      I never shappe shifted before but my guss is you need to believe more or just try to possess a wolf and become it

      Practice is all I can recommend. Try different methods.
