      Dream Paralysis control

      So I think I was having sleep paralysis and I saw weird things, I didn't want to see. Such as two monkeys doing weird things to each other. It lasted about thirty seconds and I tried to take control of these weird images but I couldn't.

      Is it even possible to control these weird images?

      Yes it is possible to control HH, but it is not recommended because it breaks the relaxation which is so important to WILDing.
      (I take it you were trying to WILD?)

      Yes I was trying to WILD I have trouble with that though.

      Most people do, it is one of the, if not the hardest technique to induce Lucid Dreams.
