      Help! Lucids always dark!

Seems like every time I have a lucid, it is nighttime! What am I supposed to do when I can't see anything and its all creepy out.. I've tried telling the sun to come up or making a storyline that it's almost morning and the suns about to come up. Sometimes it works for a minute then goes dark again, but most of the time it stays dark. Can someone please help me come up with a way to fix this??

      Light

Try leaving a light on while you sleep. The light sometimes enters the dream as sunlight or other ways. Not too bright because your eyes stay slightly open going to sleep which make it harder to fall asleep.

I often have no vision, very limited vision or it comes and goes - that is very similar, maybe even the same, I just interpret it differently. What I do is just to use my other senses. In the beginning I did get sometimes a creepy feeling from not being able to see, but I did remind myself to relax into the experience and enjoy the ride - so now I can stay comfortable even when I feel like falling full speed down in complete darkness.
When I start moving around in the LD even when it is all dark, I do manage quite well anyway - I think it is a bit like a since birth blind person, they manage also.

I find the best way to increase light is to take your sun glasses off, That's right, you were wearing sunglasses and they were impending your vision.
This has worked for me, and it requires relatively low control
They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.
      By dreaming, every day.

If you're inside, imagine there was just a power outage so all the lights went out, then walk towards the door being all "ugh, not again. I hate when the power goes out."

Then, open the door and imagine, visualizing as strongly as you can, a daytime setting.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Haha, This is actually pretty awesome, I've tried it accidentally before, and it really works
