LD's vividness and control deteriorating. Any tips?

While it may now have been easier for me to DILD, the vividness and control seems to be deteriorating. There were instances that even if I tried to stabilize the lucidity by doing the rubbing your hands thing or rolling, the effects of it seems to be declining. Even the dream control's getting a lot more difficult. The dream scenes are blurry, and the feel of it is so heavy.

What could be the possible causes of this? Could it be physical, mental, etc? :/

I couldn't give you an exact time frame but I think it's been a while now :/
