I've been controlling my dreams since I was a child. Mostly because I could never get to sleep (huge imagination and lots of scary things to imagine). I started out making dreams up before I went to bed. I would usually go over the same senario for months at a time until I got bored and made up a new one. I would fall asleep and that was that. But this was helping me to control my dreams in the morning. I realized I was dreaming in the morning when I woke up. I didn't want to so I would just continue my dreams making them up as I went. I wasn't dreaming though. Eventually it became easier to go back to sleep and continue my dream I was having and being able to control parts. Then it has gotten to the point of being able to control things. |
