Did you try rubbing your hands together? |
|
I'm having a problem with the stability and the vividness of my dreams. In my first LD was a DILD after a natural waking and sleep again, vividness was incredible and he was much more stable and I did not have to stabilize, in my second I used the same technique, but was very unstable and not so vivid, it was as like I was awake but imagining things. In my third I used a combination of what I always do but with SSILD the dream was not much vivid but very stable and I used stabilization techniques and in my last I used SSILD and MILD during one nap in the afternoon and used the best technique of stabilization that I know, look my hand and shout ''stabilize dream'', the dream was stable and vivid but but a few moments it lost the stability and vividness. |

The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..
hand rubbing is great but dont use it to often or you will get used to the feeling and it will stop working for you. try using your sences to stabilize to dream like touching the ground smelling the air and feeling the wind on your skin. |

I did these two things, after I use the dream gets more vivid and stable, but in some moments I feel like waking up. My more vivid and stable dream I didnt used any stabilization technique. |

You are doing well for 4 lucids, the first few (around about 10) are very short, uncontrolled. The main contributer to stability is experience, but you can tell yourself to stay calm and try to stabilise the dream. This can be done via mantra, daytime practice and if you really want to make the message go through, a WBTB with the mantra. |
