You mean seeing spiders when you feel that your awake and your not? that is normal to happen.

I've never actually believed I was in a dream during real life; that's what reality checks are for.
However, I have occasionally gotten real life memories confused with dream ones. For instance, I'll get deja-vu taking a book off a bookshelf, and then spend five minutes wondering if the last time I remembered grabbing that book was real or not.

After my first night terror with several false awakenings, I woke up sharply and couldn't determine if I was still dreaming. My head was buzzing, and I felt the monster I had encountered seconds earlier was still behind the couch. Even fully awake, I could 'feel' the thing still there, even after pinching myself. I had at least two false awakenings before I actually woke up, so I can understand now why I didn't know if anything was real.
I ran to my bedroom and hid under the covers until I deduced I was in fact awake.

When I went on an anti-depressant, I suffered micro-seizures that made everything feel a LOT like a lucid dream. Can't really explain, but everything became very bright and unfamiliar... Just different, but still real. I often wouldn't know where I was for a split second and my entire head tingled. Does that count?

So I just woke up and I was about to sit in bed and then I saw my hand is moving quite awkward since it wasn't moving like it should have. And since I just woke up from a dream I thought it was a false awakening so I shouted with excitement "It's a dream!!!" like I so time do in my dreams. That was not a dream as you can guess and I am glad nobody heard me . I guess that I woke up in the middle of my REM so maybe my hand was still a little 'asleep' or something like that.

That was quite long ago when I just started with lucid dreaming, but since you opened this thread I guess it quite fits here ^^.

... and that's why we have reality checks.. The different between a dream and waking life is subtle but it's definitely there. There is a somewhat universal feeling that's in every dream.
