You say yourself 'and then I woke up...' - I think you were just bridging the gap between awake sleep paralysis and dreaming. |

I had a really weird sleep paralysis experience the other night, i get these all the time, but this time it was different, I saw someone standing at the end of my door in my bedroom, and they kept peeking their head in, my heart was pounding like crazy and the normal sounds you'll hear with paralysis were louder than ever, also I saw an alien type being when i closed my eyes, and then I woke up ...... couldnt go back to sleep.. |

One night I woke up and started talking to "the gardener" for about ten minutes, he was in an exact replica of my room. It was a FA not SP though. Sounds like you weren't in SP either though if you woke up. |
|
Is it SP if you can't even feel your body? Sometimes I feel like I'm in my bed and it's completely dark and I can't move, but I feel like I'm just a conscience floating in space without a body. |
|
Sounds like a dream. |
