It happens to everyone unfortunately. Try spinning around slowly and concentrating on your environment. That works for me |

If the dream vanishes without apparent reason, I stay calm and quiet on the bed, and try to re-enter through a DEILD. |

I once managed to reset dream into false awakening by 'grabbing' into it when it was fading out. Stabilization techniques also could work. And in case you already woke up, give DEILD a try, though be sure that you have memorized recall. |

I have good dream recall. I have many dreams daily and all day i can remember them. One time i tryed DEILD (not knowing that this was the name) but i guess the thing i did wrong is look at the time. So, dind0nt work. When i wake up i use to look at the time. I guess this breaks the DEILD. I'll try better next time. |

I was able to DEILD a couple of times right after I turned on the bed, so don't worry if you have moved anyway. For me, it's important not to lose focus on what I see (black at the beginning) and stop thinking too much. |

Damn, today i was so close to accomplish that. I had another lucid dream and when it began to fade i tryed several things, some of your suggestions. I remembered most of them in my dream. |
