Exclamation Too much Dream Control Problem

I have a small problem. Many of you may think this is stupid.

When I Lucid Dream using WILD, (I can't with other methods, they occur by themselves I can't make them happen by myself yet)

I have FULL CONTROL. I can do anything. I never had to look at threads about how to control or do something in a dream. It comes natural to me from the day I started lucid dreaming.

The problem is, sometimes I don't know what to do next in my dream, like a do something and then I ask myself: what next?
When that happens, I sometimes lose lucidity until I figure out. So to have a continuous without breaks dream I have to think really fast or sometimes I have to think before I lucid dream.

Also, I think this is a big problem cause I can't have unique dreams. I have HUGE fantasy but I cant make things go on by themselves.

      Any ideas?

(This does not happen when I accidentally lucid dream using other methods like DILD or DEILD)

Sorry if this is not the correct section and thank you for reading the thread!

      Savsal14,

I'm very new to this site because I just found it. But I've been "Lucid Dreaming"/"Dream Control" for decades naturally. I think I know what you mean. I'm also in total control. You will run out of ideas eventually. See if this helps.

Sometimes I just let the dream follow its own course to see they may lead me too. I sometimes just observe them from an outsiders perspective and only interact or change the dreams if I feel I need too. I've learned a lot about things. Sometimes when I'm just letting the dream flow and not interfering I see things that happen in the future.

I tell my wife now about those dreams and she now thinks it is funny when it comes true. I wish I could dream about Lottery Ticket #' or Stock Market Tips. But that has never happened. (I did dream about the price of GOLD dropping dramatically though last night) LOL

So just go with the flow...

Thank you EricinLA for your reply. In fact, I am glad I am not the only one with that.

I will follow your advice right now.

      Thanks again.

I wish i had that problem... Ive been LDing for a long time and still struggle with dream control sometimes.

I agree with EricinLA, that sometimes instead of changing the dream it can be better to take a more passive approach and just go where the dream leads you, and observe everything. See what it has to teach/show you.

Sometimes when i become lucid and dont have something specific i had planned on doing, i will just help the DCs around me. Since they most likely represent aspects of ourselves, helping them can be beneficial to you and may teach you something.

There was a list of things to do in a Lucid Dream somewhere, if you can find that you will never be short of things to do in your dreams!

You should make your own goals for what to do in LDs. Going with the flow is fun as well as helping DCs. I would recommend having some recurring DCs and plots that take more than one LD to do. This is definitely the main reason I want to LD.
