Well basically in the past month i have had to dreams where i asked myself if i was dreaming or not (i never became lucid sadly) but i realized that those nights that i had those dreams where the exact same day i played football or the day after. |

I believe this may just be a coincidence. I've never heard of certain physical activities having any measurable effect on a persons lucid dreams. The only factor that may have any affect in this situation might be fatigue but I am unsure how this would affect your ability to lucid dream. |

My Lucid Dreaming Motto - "I have walked upon the the surface of a burning star. Observed events so infinitesimal and instantaneous that they can barely be described as having occurred at all. You... you're just a dream character. And this world's most powerful dream character poses no more threat to me than it's smartest cupcake." - Dr. Manhattan (kinda)
thanks i was onky thinking this because they only started to happen when i played again, and is this a lusic dream of close to one? |

I don't know, there might be some reason to it. The fact that it might trigger good memories could be a cause of more lucidity in dreams, or maybe that the increase in activity causes you to feel differently when entering the dream. |

I think there might definitely exist a connection. Like when a lot of people say they start having more lucid dreams due to playing more video games. |
