RCs half work?

So I'm lucid. i try and summon a specific DC, and it summons me someone else. I try and change scenery, and it changes to something I didn't want. my dream Control acts really ridiculously. What do i do?

That has more to do with your expectation and dream control than with RCs. If you are able to change things, then I guess it's just matter of trying it some more, while imagining what you wan't it to look like. Maybe daydream about it beforehand, look at the picture of a person you are going to summon, or a landscape you would like to have. In some occasions, indirect approach may work better. Instead of trying to change something in front of you, while looking at it, expect (know), that your desired person will be just behind the corner, behing the next door, behind you when you turn around. Same goes for a landscape. Good luck.

Like gab said, keep practicing, thing positive and expect it to happen, without doubts. Also experiment with different techniques, maybe try using something related to something you are familiar with or maybe your fav movies/anime/games.
