Last night I had a two lucid dreams. The first one was great! The second was also very cool and was a bit longer. In the second one after the first 3/4 of the dream I had a false awakening. So I climbed out of bed and went to the stair case. Things started to get a bit fuzzy and unclear so I remembered reading about the "spin" techinque all of the time here on the forums. I tried spinning and for some reason my eyes were open! It made a weird sensation because I spun really fast. I felt a dizziness and then woke up for real.
So what would you recomend? Eyes open or closed?
