In answer to your question -- well, it's up for debate. Personally, I tend to believe that anyone you "meet" in a dream is just a construct of your own mind, but a lot of people believe that "dream sharing" with another person is possible. I'd like to believe it's possible, and to experience it, but so far.... no.
