This sounds a lot more serious than the usual stuff discussed here... I hope my advice will help.

So during that one month your mind interprets noises from the outside world and incorporates them in your dream in some bad way.

If nightmares during that one month are caused by external sounds only, you may try to close your window, put on some earplugs and sleep with a pillow over your head.

If you have some recurring theme in the dreams you see during that one month, you can use it to become lucid and hopefully deal with the situation more adequately. An example: if you live in some big city in Sweden you may repeat the following phrase: " I live in the middle of a big city, far from any coastline, the seas around Sweden are calm, there are never any tsunamis there and never will be. If I ever see a tsunami I will realize that I'm dreaming and that tsunami cannot harm me in any way" This pattern may be applied to just about anything. Once you realize that the situation you are experiencing is totally irrational and matches the phrase that you repeated that evening, you will become lucid. On top of that notice how uneventful our lives are. We have fears of so many things that will never happen to us. Just think about this stuff, it may help you lose some of the anxiety.

If you find yourself acting in RL in response to the dream content, my best advice would be to familiarize yourself with the process of awakening. How do you usually wake up ? And how do you wake up from the nightmares? Is there any difference? Do you experience an instant snap from the dream into the waking world or is there a moment of blackout and disorientation? If you train yourself to recognize that moment you may be able to stop yourself from panicking in real life.

That sounds really horrible. What happened to you? To add to EV, I would do an RC whenever you feel threatened or scared. That way when something horrible happens in your dream, you will RC, and realize you are dreaming, and from there you can wake yourself up, or take control of the dream and make it better. Also, if you aren't doing so already, I would recommend seeing a psychologist, as something like this can get worse if left untreated.

during the spring of 2002 me and my fammily was in a suicide bombing in israel
the biggest one that killed 35 people and injured over 200. Me and my family was just going to sitt down around a table in an resturant and suddenly a huge explotion was detonated behind my back
thing was that we had a huge concreate piller behind us that was like a shield (this maybe sounds like dream ) everything went black and the only i can remember is that im on the ground next to the table and next thing i remember im on the road next to the building. Some how unconscious i manish to find an exit in the darkness. My hair is burnt and Im wet from the splinter system. The Strang thing is that when im looking at picture after the explotion outside the building, The damge is so Big that is almost imposible to find an exit from the building without getting hurt. And the base of the building is almost
1-2 m and i have no memories.. of jumping down
the only thing i have in mind is "there is always Two explotions"

Well im been at the psychologist they cant do shit....

I hope i can recall the senario in a dream

and get the whole Puzzel right

You should try hypnotherapy for PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder)
