Running and diving through the wall always works for me.

Another technique I also use consists of focusing on just making one hand go through the wall. I place the tips of the fingers on the wall and push a little, they will go through and after that it's like I am "connected" with the wall and my whole body can go through.

Or, taking the not-glitch route, play The Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time. Drop down the well in Kakariko Village, or go into the Shadow Temple. Both areas are filled with walls that you can walk through... And wallmasters... And skulltullas... And stalfos... And re-deads...
