maybe you all aren't appreciating the scope of the article, practising short-term memory of waking life within dreams (i.e. what did i do yesterday?) is the key to consistent lucid dreaming (DILD's perhaps every night after substantial practice).

Well, I have a bad short term memory, but most of my dreams are still lucid. However, this makes it hard to remember what I want to do in my lucid dreams (like the lucid tasks, I can only do them when extremely motivated, it seems).

Line, you don't understand, praticising your short-term memory from within lucid dreams, will increase the frequency of lucid dreams; as it makes it easier to distinguish between waking life and reality. It seems an integral and relaible way to transition from a novice to advanced dreamer; every aspiring lucid dreamer should try it.

Has anyone tried rehearsing memory in lucid dreams, and whether it actually improves lucidity?
