      With all these information articles and YouTube videos, you can really tell it helps lucidity. Nice Find (Adobe) PS.

      That explains why I used to have many LDs back then. I remember that Whilst lucid, I'd recall past events which took place in the waking reality. This sort of recall improves ones knowledge of the sorrounding world- whether it is a dream or not. Now that I understand this concept much clearly, my next goal if I become lucid is to try and improve my recall while in that dream...

      i like his example of helping a DC busboy. it feels good to help out a DC every once and while.

      it seems kind of hard though. it does not have a lot of things to do IRL. you think of a reference as you fall asleep. then you have to be lucid and pretty motivated to do the rest. maybe after i do something fun while lucid i can just walk and talk about memories. it seems like it would be hard for me to go YAY I'M DREAMING, lets go reminisce with DC X. i guess i need my instant gratification.

      But if you practise, you can have many more lucid dreams, which means more oppurtunities for your instant gratification.
