Well, I usually wake up from nightmares by actually opening my eyes. It's hard to explain, but if you know you want to wake up, you have to try to open your real eyes from inside the dream. It usually takes me a few tries, but it works. In the dream, close your eyes and try to feel your real body. Then try to open your real eyes, just force them to open. Your eyelids will feel like they're paralyzed, but when I try, I can usually wake up within 20 seconds. I hope this helps, because it could be just me. |
