If you can't walk, fly. Flying isn't any harder than walking in a dream, so why not skip a step? |

I would stabilize the dream, then move around the room for a while. Maybe try to get a feel for the dream's level of stability, and when you're comfortable with the level of stability in the dream, then go to open your door. |

Howdo not blow ones trumpet but im quite good at most lucid "powers" |

First of all, SPIN. This always helps me! |
ahhh this is aggrivating i've had the same thing happen in several dreams I feel paralyzed from the waist down except for me to move I have to grab onto door frames or rails or whatnot to pull myself forward or I can't move. |
sucks for you. |
I've never been unable to walk, but I've overcome being unable to fly before. Dreams can be like a set of those Chinese finger cuffs (you know the ones that look like tubes?) in that the more you force something, the less likely you'll be able to do it. My advice would be to relax and try walking without focusing on it. |
That's pretty funny. In some of my mini-nightmares, thing happen like spiders try to get me, but the problem is all I can do is flail my limbs. |

nah dude u just dont know ur dreamin so u cant do shit. do the wake up every 5 hours thing or just start practicing thinking.... next time im awake im dreaming..." and then you will start to realize ur actual state of conscious. |
say what? |
try focusing on where you want to go and just "move" towards it. |
let me get this straight..all of these experiences happen in your bedroom? the bedroom is dark and distorted. and movement is very difficult? that sounds like what is commonly known as an etheric projection, or a mild OBE. |
This has happened to me before, only I would walk, then fall, as if gravity just became 100 times more effective. Then I wouldn't be able to get back up, so I'd respawn on my bed. When I respawn, I'd see where I was laying on the floor... Like a shadow of me as if I was laying there and sitting on my bed in the same exact moment. Then, everything gets dark and gets blurry right after I see myself. Then I wake up and I feel like someone whacked me in the back of my head with a baseball-bat or something, but after about a half-second, the pain would instantly go away. |
