How do you make yourself bigger or smaller in your LDs?

My next goal is to make myself 1 inch tall and then as huge as a giant.

I always keep things in my pocket in real life, so I might try keeping a small bottle labeled 'Drink me' in my pocket all the time so I'll see it in my dreams. And it will (hopefully) make me shrink. Do you think this will work?
