I used to have similar problems in lucid dreams where I would see the ocean. I would almost always launch straight into a panic attack and sometimes lose lucidity. |

Every lucid I have been having ( about 3 times a week ) it's completely stressful and I can't accomplish anything. I think the last peaceful lucid dream of mine was back in march. I've had about two fun ones where I was placed in a situation and I could fight my way out but now it's just no fun anymore. I'm under enormous amounts of stress whenever I become lucid and even in WILDS. I don't have any amount of control anymore, it's gradually gotten worse until it completely disappeared. They also become darker and darker.. They used to be bright and sunny, then blue, purpleish and now black. |

Thanks Naiya, I'll give that a shot. I'll report in when I have my next lucid. |

Hey it worked, it of course the stressful part played out ( I was being chased by skeletons) but after I ran, I became lucid. The weird thing was when I stopped moving and just kind of stood still for a while, I had a surge of energy that I could release and I could do anything I wanted. |

sometimes stressful dreams are a sign of a subconscious disturbance... maybe something is not right in your life right now... maybe you're having some issues with someone you care about.. or at work... nightmares are usually a sign that something inside of us is out-balanced... i always have nightmares when i feel stressed, worried or sad... once i get around figuring out whats bothering me and i start dealing with it, my dreams become much more peaceful... |
