Thread: When summoning objects/people...

Do you just have a general idea/outline of the person/object behind you/wherever you imagine them to be, or do you imagine every little thing about them?

I've summoned a lot of people but I think I get too hung up on imagining every little detail about them, is it just enough to go "my crush is behind me" and leave the rest up to my brain? Will my brain just make them be there behind me looking as like the person as possible? Or do I need to really focus on what they look like for it to work?

Also, once I've summoned someone, I still don't feel like they are really there, like if I try to kiss the person I like, nothing happens, I can't feel anything if you know what I mean. Any tips for this? I try to focus on touching them but it doesn't help! Thanks.

I just do the spell and hope for my brain to come up with the person/object, much easier and I trust my memory, so you don't NEED to, but it can help.

And for feeling... yeah, try rubbing hands or enhancing another sense first?

a way i summon people that seems to work really well is to start calling out the persons name like im looking for them and they usually show up, or ill just tell DC's that im looking for this person and they will either tell me where they are or help me find them.

If i'm inside a building, I'll tell myself blank is going to knock at the door, and if I'm outside I'll say blank is around the corner. Sometimes I'll call out or ask a dc have they seen them. Other times I'll tell them "hey blank is supposed to show up soon". And they do. I don't really think about all the details of the person when I do it. It's almost automatic.

I do this too and it works pretty well. Just sometimes I feel like I have to imagine every little thing about them and then i can't remember what they look like and it doesnt work! I still feel like I've not got enough lucidity most of the time to just do things and have them work.
