Every time I become lucid, it is vague. I instantaneously dart for the craziest thing possible... I heard that in your first few lucids you should do some sort of excersice not muscular but like "getting into it" |

Try to get the logical part of your brain working by doing some simple math in your head so you dont go "alright I'm lucid now I'm guna... OH LOOK A PRUPLE CAT!!!!" |

I honestly don't understand 100% what you mean, but I think what you mean by "getting into it" is stabilizing the dream world. So when the point that you turn lucid comes, do not let the excitement eat you wholly. FOCUS first. You must stabilize the dream world first so it gets better and longer. So just focus on one thing, and stare at it. For example your hand, so stare at your hand and patiently scan it. Just keep on focusing on it and shout out loud "Stabilize Lucidity!". Then shout out loud "Stabilize Lucidity NOW!". It will most likely make the dream world better according from what I've read around this forum. |
