Can somebody please interpret this?

Last night I had a unusual dream. It was very vivid as well. The memory is a little fuzzy now though, so please bear with me.

It involved a friend of mine who was attempting to commit suicide. One of the most recurring themes in my dreams, is that people will be the complete opposite of how they actually act. (for ex., happy people sad and irritable) The person who was in my dream is always happy and friendly and would never try to kill herself. For whatever reason, she was trying to do so in the dream. I remember trying to get to talk to her, but was unable to because she would repeatedly distance herself from everyone whenever they came into contact. When I finally got a chance to talk to her, i quickly explained to her that she and more to live for and that her life isn't as flawed as he thinks it is. After saying that I pointed out all my current flaws (which I am not going to state for obvious reasons) and compared to hers, mine were worse. After reasoning with her for some time, she stopped trying to kill herself and saw some joy in what she had.

I can't remember much more than that, but I hope this is enough to interpret it easily.

Erm.. do you have suicidal tendencies yourself? If so, it could be you're subconscious putting someone else in your position, so you could see the situation externally, which ended up in you giving some good advice - that she has more to live for and its not as bad as she thinks it is. Could this be true on some level?
If not, then im not sure, could just be random, a lot of dreams are

It could also mean that maybe your friend is going through a small problem. Suicide is a bit drastic, but could be like a cry for help. It could literally be a small argument with someone, but I learned in school that we often dream about people's feelings being different, because A. They never show those emotions to us B. They are really good at covering it up and our subconscious picks up on it, but not our conscious. or C. We feel those feelings deep inside and we are using others to portray them to us.

You don't have to feel like committing suicide, but are you upset? feel trapped? feel like there is only one option? Suicide can be portrayed this way.
