Weird childhood dream

I was reading a thread about someone's childhood dream, and this dream that I had so many years ago, 10 or 15 year I believe, just all came back to me at once, and it's so weird. It just all came back to me in a matter of seconds. This dream happened multiple times. I was on the blacktop of my old elementary school. There were the blue mats that schools use for push-ups and sit-ups and gymnastics and stuff. They were all set up around the blacktop and they were in a maze formation. I was in the maze being chased by something. I never knew what was chasing me, but I knew it was after me. I was running and running, until somehow it had gotten to the mat on my left and was directly on the other side of me, with just a mat between us. It dove through and I got my first look at it. It was Optimus Prime from Transformers. I dove onto the mat on my left (the top of it) and jumped down and began running for my life. It was horrifying. There were tons of laughs coming from outside of the mat, taunting laughs and stuff. Please interpret?

Because you where a child the dream would have different meaning to you then than it would now, imo. I'll just go ahead and put on my childhood cap and see what comes up. You were on the blacktop when the dream started, this could mean you had a need to be free. Perhaps you where about to take a test and felt restricted? When the gym mats formed a maze this indicates that you felt lost in whatever task you were doing in real life at the time.Because mats are soft this may indicate that you felt restricted by a safety structure in life. Perhaps at school, generally a safe place, you felt restricted somehow. You where chased by an unknown entity, this may mean that you were having some sort of anxiety that you didn't quite understand. For example, maybe you had an algebra test and you didn't understand it. When it came to your left that's a dream way of saying "right around the corner" which enforces my theory about anxiety and not understanding something. You found out the entity was Optimus Prime... Optimus Prime was a powerful robot, and was wise and a good leader. Perhaps you felt like you were lacking these qualities in a sense, and wanted to be like hm to overcome your problems, but you ran from him because you wanted to escape the fact that you had to face up to your fate (the test, if you had a test, was the next day.) The laughter was your impression that you felt like everyone knew something except you, and you felt like an outcast for not knowing it. Hope that helped. There are different ways this can be interpreted.

i remember when i was younger i always had dreams of tornadoes and they were always getting closer until one night the tornado got so close that it was about to suck me in and as soon it did i woke up and i didn't have anymore for around 5 years then i just got one a couple weeks ago. no idea what that means

I wonder if this might even be about lack of confidence in your sports or athletic ability at school? Elementary my dear Xvaiuer. One thing about Optimus: for his size, he is more athletic than any human. It makes sense that whatever he stood for was good, because he was. But maybe you thought sport was robotic and too big to handle or face. Or it might be your inner exercise or agility needed and you were afraid to transform or change. Maybe the black top, or ashpalt, represented what was hard and would hurt, and the soft maze is the way you needed to find your way out so you wouldn't get hurt or land hard if you fell. But whatever it was that was huge and alien to you, you finally were confronted by it, and when you saw it you ran in horror. Followed by taunting laughs, maybe from what you thought others would think, or from you. Come to think of it, the blue mats resemble the different parts of the Transformer, which you must arrange properly to find your way out of your horror. Ringoyam Maybe what was threatenening to suck you in, or ravage you ~ even if your thoughts or emotions like anxiety ~ finally got so close you could not avoid it. Maybe you only viewed it as that bad. Or it just did what it did and it was over.
