      Learned How To End Nightmares

I think I already made a thread about this but I looked more deeply into the problem and now have a new perspective about it. So when I was younger I had a dream where I was trapped in a room but a guy told me if I closed my eyes and counted to 5 when I opened them I would be awake, and it worked. And after that I could always end my dreams. But sometime between 4-7 years ago (I am 15) it stopped working. It wasn't that nothing would happen anymore, but I just stopped doing it. When I think about this, it seems like my level of consciousness in dreams has declined. However, I clearly remember dreams where I didn't seem to be conscious when I still used this nightmare thing. Like for example there was a wolf at the window and I ran and hid inside a sleeping back even though it was made of clear plastic and wouldn't hide me at all. I just think my past is the key to being more aware in my dreams. Anyone care to offer some interpretation?

      Hello Avian,

The best way to stop dreams that seem like nightmares is to face them in the dream, see them through and interpret them when we wake up. This will always stop a recurring nightmare unless there is something else we need to learn about later on.

Last night I had an extremely weird dream. I flew to the moon with jet-feet because apparently I'd had enough of humanity after an oppressive regime took over the world. I found the moon not as a moon, but a colossal mass of small asteroids, each about the size of a house. They were very close to each other, averaging about 100 yards between each. But here is the part I need interpretation about: I met two people on one of them, and started talking to them. At this point I knew I was lucid dreaming, even though I really wasn't. I was still unconscious, but my dream self was "lucid dreaming". I asked one of them if they were real people and if they were sleeping near me in real life. He said no, they were from different places but they were real people. I recall him saying something about me lucid dreaming and asked me to do a reality check. I said "oh, I'll break one of my fingers as a reality check" and he told me not to after pointing out how vivid the dream was, and that it would hurt a lot. This is the part I need interpreted: He told me we would meet at "the core" after everything had collapsed.

      Hello Avian,

This dream was about your talent and future. You are someone who will soar high in spiritual places and will overcome problems on earth because of your talents and gifting. The people you met were Angels with a message. The message about meeting at the core suggests that once all the barriers you have put around you collapse, you will be able to open up and see the reality of who you really are - right at the core of your being!

      Great dream,

      Adam.
