Honestly I would use this to your advantage for producing a lucid and making these disturbing dreams go away. Every time you see something disturbing in waking life just do a reality check and then when you are in your dreams you can hopefully pick up on the creepy stuff and realize you are dreaming.Try repeating mantras at night while you are falling asleep saying stuff like "when I see something disturbing things I will question reality".
