Wow, this dream really does seem special. The base of it all definitely is your feelings for the girl, so I'll try to interpret all the different parts that you described.
The setting in general is super realistic and serene. And it opens up with her and I (and a huge group of our friends) setting up our tent, we were camping, and from the setting, it looked like we were in mountains in Africa, the land around us was a lush but very soft shade of green, almost a mint in color. The sky was slightly foggy as well. The group of us were walking back to the tent at this point, and I turned and kissed her (a lot of my dreams with her have also had big kiss scenes in them). And she smiled and said she had been wanting to do that for a while.
The bits about you kissing her is obviously your desire to get in a relationship with her, and the mint green grass could also be representing that as well. Fog often demonstrates confusion or lack of knowledge or a way to go next in life, so I think in this case it could be last, if you've been feeling that way after her rejection.
Once we got in the tent (this tent was a slightly darker green than the grass) there were still a few people outside, and a tiger had come out from the trees and began to chase them. They made it back inside but I ended up zipping all of the openings shut. After it left we had decided to leave and set out on a hike, it was sunset at this point.
Usually, harmful entities nearly always symbolize a negative emotion. If you've had any after the event, then that's what it means. It could be sadness, anger, etc.. You, blocking up the tent from the tiger, easily shows your denial or rejection of this emotion, as it left after you did. Being as how it appeared AFTER you and the girl entered the tent, the tent probably represents the reality of the situation; how the girl didn't want to get in a relationship with you, and the aftermath of it, the tiger (or negative emotion).
We had seen a man with a large bus with the name of the girl I like written on the back. The bus was right next to a late Boulder, with a few mountains and the sunset directly behind it. I took a few pictures of it before heading back to te group. After that we had seen a tour group riding on giraffes through the plains. Most of them were the same color these animals come in, but one of them was a more cream shade with spots, and another was all white.
The scene with the man and the bus, the boulder with the sunset behind it sounds like it was beautiful to watch. The fact that the girl's name was written at the back represents your admiration and love for her, and how you separated from the group to take a picture of it shows that you acknowledge it. I honestly don't know how to interpret the giraffes though, but to give you a hint, the colour white on something can represent innocence.
On our way back to the tent it had become night time, and everyone went to bed. The tent also had multiple dividers, most people only had two in a room, and her and I ended up getting paired together. For some reason, I was laying perpendicular to her(horizontally ). A lot of people were asleep now, she sighed and turned to me. She was laying on her back sort of propped up by her pillow. She didn't say anything to me. Finally I offered to cuddle with her. And she sighed again and smiled saying it's been a while. And that's when I woke up.
Well gee, I wonder how you guys got paired together . The tent, again, symbolizes the reality of the situation. Being perpendicular from her, seeing as how it would mean your face would be quite a distance away from her (if I'm picturing right), could mean your distance from her in terms of sexual relationship. Her sighing and being reluctant to talk also helps this interpretation. As for the next part, it could either mean, again, your desire for her, or thoughts you had on getting closer to her and/or your subconscious' way of telling you how to get closer to her. I don't know how to interpret cuddling as a way of getting closer to her though, so it probably means the former.
This is my interpretation, at least. Take only the things you think are actually right and/or which apply to you, make connections and try to come up with an answer yourself. I wasn't trying to completely answer your question, only to help you answer it.
Farewell, and hopefully, sweet dreams..
