I tried to do everything the same as the last night when I had great vivid recall. I went to bed reading , same time.I wrote in my journal the same before bed. again I used Eft in my head and a little actual physical tapping. I didnt have the same results. I work 3 times couldnt recall a thing the first time I woke at 2:35.Woke again at 3:50 no recall, trried hard to think back but nothing came to me. Finaly woke at 6:05 with one fuzzy short recall.
, ? who was driving but I was replaying a sceen from my waking life. It was when kaya was just 10 days old we went to visit the family in Sioux Falls from Pierre. Kaya got hungry and I didnt want Sara to have to pull over so I got in the back seat and leaned over the car seat very uncomfortably to breast feed Kaya.

weird to replay a whole sceene from my actual wakeing ,5 years ago....

The only thing I can think of that I did differently this night than the previous was my bed time snack....the previous night when I had the vivid recall I had a chunk of garlic cheese bread, it seemed to work for me. This night I had barely any fuzzr recall I ate tofu chocolate pie. Chocolate is a frequent bet time snack for me and I dont think it helps my recall.

11-17-05
again I tried to repeat the method I used for the past 2 night. This time I had a sclice of cheese pizza for a bet time snack, I was hopefull I would get the same results that I had from heese garli bread, No Dice.
To bed at reg time 9:15 EFT ect ect.
Woke 3 times but this time I got rid of the clock because I didnt want to pay to close attition to the time when I woke each time.

couldnt recall the first time I woke ,

1 small recall next time I woke up. I stabbed a man in someones fancy kitchen, I stabbed him several times in the chest he fell down dead, same dream , another man walks into the kitchen to see the other man dead. I think this guy is the dead guys brother and start to panic, Then Mike comes into the kitchen and stabbs this guy sevel times in the chest dead.

next time I woke up I had another small recall. It was me sawing a huge femur bone in 1/2 for the khola and scoot, I think cow?,
also one small recall of me carying a small baby all wrapped up in blankets.

11-18-05, to bed reg time 9:30. I had dinner late ( 8:00) so I didnt have a snack

I woke up 3 times. First time I woke 3:50 had a faint recall....
I was frightened of some kind on natural disaster. I was running up a snowy Mt. after Kaya. It was a blizzard out I could barely see her up above me. when I reached the top she was gone. It was a strraid down drop on the other side then I was home bracing myself for an earthquake. I was afraid the Mt. was going to errupt lava.

Second time I woke 5:30 1 clear recall, I wrote this down while I use the restroom

I was at a shoppimg mall with some guy? Tall long brown strait hair.
siting in the food court type area conversating ( ? what about )
troy kapihi walks up to us I give him a hug and he sits down. He seemd to be jellous of ? what. except height. The two men stood up to compair heights and troy was so embaresed. Then I was walking thru I think foot locker
next I was kissing this tall guy very passionatly and loving it

last I woke up at 7:45 slept in!
i small dream woke me up , the last dream..
I sat to use the restroom and was jolted awake thinking i was actualy going ..

Thank god I was wrong! weird thing I still dont have to use the restroom and I have been up for houres

Also when I woke I felt sad That I didnt have the passion or friendship I had within the dream., But I am well enough to look past that

again I ate diner way late and had no snack at bed time. went to bed and read for 30 munites. went to sleep at 10:00 pm. I did write down A message on my journal to recall clearly. First time I woke 2:47 no recall. right back to sleep.
woke at 5:05 with no recall.
Tried to Wild at this point, must have been awake for atleats 45 min.

woke at 6:50 with a small recall.

I get out of a steamy white tile shower with red toe nail polish on , the white tile floor is a huge contrast with the red of my toe nails.. I exit the bathroom that has a huge tub in it also, into what looks like and feels like a hotel room. There are a big bundle or red roses on the table. I pull all of the petals off and thow them everywhere in the room and onto the bed. I lay down to go to sleep in the soft petals , (naked).

again within this dream I had a strong feeling of being love. ............?

11-20-05

I tried using Jade under my pillow for the first time, I read it has good effects in dream recall and in making good dreams come real within the waking life. I am hoping it will help me to find new love within my marrage and within myself.
I also placed a quarts, amethest and moldavite above my head on a shelf.

woke at 3:05 no recall. woke at 6:07 1 recall.

My whole family was at a BBQ picnic. Even Sally, Ian and Margarett were there. My dad is cooking on a BBQ so I say Im going to the swings with my kids. Margarett says" I wanna come ". So it is Me ,Kaya, Khaek, Mike ,Margarett and Naoms. Im pushing the kids. Mike and Naoms get on swings they are like "bet I can swing higher". Its a contest. I say now jump and see who goes farthest. they both refuse.

This dream seemed real, so I never did a reality check within the dream.
It took me about 20 min. to scramble all the bits and peices toghether. I thought I had no recall for a bit untill the chips of memories started to come back to me as I layed in bed. Still Not a very exciting dream , dang it!

11/21/05

I tried a new idea for dream recall. I read my previous nights dream in bed right before I went to bed. This was spose to put me back in my dream mode. I also wrapped my jade on some hemp and wrapped it around my wrist and held it in my hand as I fell asleep.Went to bed @ 9:30 ish.

woke at 2 no recall. right back to sleep. Woke at 4:17 1 clear recall.

I was at a river with Mike and moto Mike. Moto Mike was fishing. I was getting impatient and wanted to go. I wrapped up 2 small bongs put them in my back pack where I was also holding 1 oz. I put a spike peice into my pocket and said "Im leaving, meet me at my friends house down the hill." I had to climb a hill to leave the river bank, it seemed like it was strait up, mike was trying to grab and hold me back, but I made it , barely by grabbing onto a branch sticking out of the dirt. when I got up top my bike was waiting there for me. I rode down hill to my friends house. Only when I got to my friends, it was a bed and breakfast and my dad was renting the rooms out. I begged him to let me stay in room 5 because it was at the end of the hall , right by the exit, and I seemed to be running and hiding from some one. He walked me down the white hall to room 5. He got his keys out and opened the door for me. I ran in and tried slamming and locking the door behind me. I was to late the man who was after me slammed the door open and pushed me up against a wall. It seemed very painful although I dont think I actually felt any pain. The man was bald and black , mid 20's, I punched him in the nose and he started to cry.

This whole break in was a tramamtic event,. it woke me from the dream quiet abrupt. It did seemed that reading my previous nights dream put me back to dream mode. I was at almost the same river that I had been the previous night

I wanted to note, It seems like I dont write all the details here. When I look back at my paper journal there is more details like....... the night of the 20th in my dreams,at the BBQ, I failed to write down we were at a lake where it turns into the river. Then the next night (21st) my dream started off from the river....
I will read my previous nights dream again but I hope I dont start of by punching some guy in the nose. I may try and go back a few night to a more plesant recall?? :

11-22-05

I was watching a stupid movie befor bed (war of the world). I tried to stay awake and read for a bit and have a snack after the movie so I could have a clear head for dreaming. I red my previous nights dream and put the jade under my pillow. went to bed at 10:30 after making love to Mike, also trying to get the movie out of my mind.

woke up at 2:00 with one short recall

I had shot and killed a man and I was running away jumping and bounding fast and high in the air.


woke 5:30 with 1 longer clearer recall...

I had slammed some kids ( boy) arms in a door we were in my old middle school. His arms were cut off from the door slamming shut on them, he was behind the door. The door had a frosted window, I could see his silouett on the other side flopping against the door. he was screaming to get his arms back.

I went to a show the 23rd stayed at Brandies house only slept from 2:30 - 6:30, no recall, not back to sleep.
the 24th Thanksgiving. Stared at Andys after partying and eating , I even had a couple a drinks , only because Mike was so annoying the only way I could bear him was by having a drink and I DO NOT EVER drink. So I was a lil yucked out and didnt get toi bed till 1 am. I did wake up 3 times but didnt recall anydreams.
well maybe a lil ......

I was making a pie,

I was so tired I wasnt even expecting to recall any dreams.
went to sleep at 7 pm hahahaha. ( how old am I again)
woke 3 times, as usual, couldnt recall anything untill I woke up at 7 am

I am working in an office an a desk. I go home to make sweet potato pies. I got so bussy making pie, I missed the next days work. when I made it back to work the day after, the boss wanted to talk to me I took her a pie and she forgives my absence.

Late dinner, full tummy, Andys beef pot pie. to sleep 10:20 pm ,read a few previous dreams and wore the jade around my neck.

Woke up 3 times first time with no recall, second time 1 recall,
my recorring teeth dream, they were all loose and I was spitting them into my hand again. this time I noticed I lost my K9 tooth whole and I had a huge gap in my mouth.

second recall....Mike khaek kaya and I are staying in some hotel room, some man is after Mike so he is standing outside the door keeping watch, the door accross the hall is open so we all run accross and hide in the other room, Mike keeps watching thu the peek hole for the man who is after him/us. The man goes into the room we were previously in and we duck beside the bed hiding.

last recall....Im about to cook a huge meal ( turkey) Then the electic goes out. I order pizza insted.

Jade and Malichite under pillow. to sleep at 10:15, had sald for a bedtime snack. told myself aloud to recall clearly.

woke 3:35 no recall

woke 5:34 two small recalls
first recall, I am testing different RED wine's, sitting at a white table

second recall, I am in the passanger side of a SUV, navigating us( me and the driver, unknown) with some big atlas map.

Not very long dreams but at least I had some recall..............

Jade and Malichite under the pillow, to bed by 10:15. O's for my bed time snack.

woke at 2:35 1 recall, I am on my cushin in the living room playing a new didgeridoo, inscence burning and I continue the long drone with circular breathin. vibrating in meditation. :vibes:

woke at 5:35 1 recall, Im riding in the passanger side of a car again. looking out into the rainy weather.

woke at 7 to the alarm of christmas tunes , No recall....
I find when I wake up to the alarm it jolts me up and I forget the dream I had been in.

recall.. I got a blue strawberry shortcake record and I was plaing it on an old record player. I flipped it over to play the other side

went to bed 9:30 jade and Malichite under pillow ,reviewed previous nights dream.

woke at 12:58 The PHONE! Rhonnie in SD called for mike , of course were all sleeping. I cant recall anything searching for the cordless at 1 am!

woke 5:40 am one recall.
Two pregnant ladies they are both blonds, yet I seem to be one of them. The other pregnant lady seems to be my sister, she miscarries. we walk thru a park talking and I try to comfort her. it is a beautiful day and the park is in bloom, I feel so guily that I am still pregnant and she is not.. very sad

I stayed awake till 6:30

7:05 mike wakes me up "its 7:05 you know"
I jump up to get the boy up and ready for the buss. cant recall a thing being in such a rush

Cheeseit for snack to bad aty 11:00 malichite and jade under pillow.

2:20 am woke up 1 recall, eating a huge burger.

4:38 woke, recall quiet a bit.....

First recall... Im eating a huge burger at some diner.

Finaly I recalled the last bit...

Balde is here at my house, he picks up the guitar sarts playing,( freaker by the speaker). I pick up my didge and join him in playing the song. he starts singin it "human dradel spinnin around "

I woke up with this song stck in my head ,sept in my head it sarted "Rave girl with a lolly pop binky and a face full ...."

Feeling very down, can not even understand why. I do have a stomach, head, whole body ache. Jade and Malichite ,no snack in my upset tummy.

I ask myself aloud " please unconcious mind sort thru my concious minds termoil, please bring me a sense of peace and understanding."

11:45 woke up sick and vomited, so no recall here..

4:50 I woke with a couple recall's

I was packging a priorty mail pkg up. I went to the post office and shipped it off

Mike and I were working together making my glass didgeridoo. I rolled and held the tube while he blew.

12-3-05
jade under pillow, PB granola bar for snack,read some Dapak Chopra for 20 min, then onto lake meditation for 15 min. To sleep by 9:45.

woke 2:50 small recall
preparing a big laotion meal, stickyrice, these weird red ball things, smash papaya salad and vegi stir fry. Eating with a group of ppl. Of course we are eating laotion style, on the floor in a circle no shoes on ect.

Im still eating the big sticky rice dinner in the group of ppl.


Dang now I want some sticky rice and papaya salad, I will make some for dinner tonight. If I can wait that long, I may have to eat it for lunch. now my tummy is growling and al I can think is stickyrice, smash salads, stirfry.

I am ariving at land byship, it is a large ocean ship. It looks like Europe. Allthe streets and buildings are made of brick and there are tons of house boats docked up where we landed our ship.

Its the running dream again. Im running , first throught buildings and out into the streets . Fast as I can someone is after me. Its a man ?
I run down a hill and under a bridge. I jump into a slou pond like creek. I go under water to hide the man is right above on the bridge .

Im placing a small buddah statue un a big shrine of buddahs. there are tons of buddahs all sizes, gold ,silver ,jade ,wood you name it... The buddahs are all sitting on a mound of rice, with tons if inscense sticking out of the rice. flowers and fruit offering all around.

not really tring to recall not using the DJ next to my bed, tring to rest my mind. I did have the new jade and snowflake obsidian under pillow. I woke at 2 am with some recall, falied to write it down and lost it. Next I woke at 6:40 woohoo I slept in! I did have 1 recall.

..I was reading a city announcment to as many people that I could. I read
" please if it is not a complete necesitie, please do not use your wood stove. the citys manual recording that calls everyone to ask this of them is broken and I am trying my hardest to get the health concious news out to the people of oakridge." I am reading this message over and over to as many people that I see.
