Since going back onto polyphasic, I haven't remembered a dream yet.
And this is with some core sleep (a bigger block of sleep every night)

I haven't been completely 'good' about it though. I'd have thought this meant more dreams, but no ...

I was napping on my desk, and I dreamt that someone was attacking me (I think Inuyasha). So I pull my arm around to block them ....

My arm moved 10 cm to the left on the desk and came down with a *thud*
      And of course woke me.

Something tells me my sleep paralysis isn't complete

I remember snippets of dreams - a dead cat of mine, being playful. Really loved that cat.
Something to do with someone showing me how to cut off someones head the most effective way.
      Um. can't remember much else.

UPDATE: Damn, I'm struggling to remember the dreams. It's gotta be the fact that the alarm wakes me
I'll post in this thread when I manage to get my recall right
      Hey Placebo,

Nice to see you are trying polyphasic sleep with lucid dreaming. I told myself within the next year I am going to do it.

About not remembering them because of the alarm...I read this one person's accounting of six months straight polyphasic sleep. They were actually doing the Uberman Sleep Schedual.

And in the 'report', PureDoxyk says that after about 2 months 'he' (dunno if he's a he or a she) didn't need the alarm anymore....just woke up after 20 minutes automatically!

Anyway, keep up the good work!

      Thanks mikey, I appreciate that.
If you've seen my website (http://www.placebo.serv.co.za), you'll notice that ridding myself of the alarm is one of my goals.
It's comforting to know of others that have achieved this
