<37> 21/12/06 – Your Exam Paper’s On Fire

I was walking into the examination hall at school. The hall was actually rotated 90 degrees and I didn’t notice. I went over to a table with 3 other people sitting at it. I gathered some sheets of paper (it was strangely an Art exam) and sat down at the table. I saw that someone else’s sheet of paper was smoking, and it sparked and caught fire. My conscious actually twitched at this. Then, all the other sheets of paper did the same&#33; I was actually thinking at the time: “Is this a dream? Is it?”

Just as I was getting into a break from LDing, I got a lucid dream&#33;

<40> 16/1/07 – The Old Church Site

I was in my dad’s car with my mum in the back, and my dad driving. We were listening to the radio. The dashboard was quite different from normal, as the radio display was curvy. It displayed “Dead Monkey” on one panel, and “Radio Enchanted” on another. It was apparently a new radio that received the artist and name of the track; the music sounded like Green Day’s American Idiot.

After a little while, I pulled my seat forward, and somehow, a seat appeared in front of me and squished me. My face was right into the back of this unusually placed seat. I looked to the left, and I saw a weird old tree that was shaped like a Y. My mum said that it had grown were an old church was, as it was demolished. I found it hard to turn round with my face up against the seat.

<41> 17/1/07 – Mum’s New Job and My Pregnant Girlfriend

I was in a large warehouse type building, but it was actually a Walmart store. I could see the checkouts from where I was and I walked over to them. To my surprise, I could see my mum at one of the checkouts, wearing a Walmart shirt, serving there. I ran over to her, and while I did that, I bumped into several other people by accident… :sweat1: I asked worriedly “What are you doing here&#33;?”, and she said that she had got a job as a cashier. I ran away for a few seconds, and the scene changed.

I was now walking along a dusty, country road. On the left, there was a deep valley, and on the other side, there was a steep sandy hill. While I was walking along, I was thinking about something—I can’t remember what it was exactly—but I think it was about dreaming. I could hear an engine noise coming from behind me, and I turned around and I saw a rather ran-down country bus. I watch it as it trundled down the road and round the bend in front of me. And then, the scene changed again…

Now this was the disturbing part. I was watching my “girlfriend” use an unusual pregnancy test (false memory: I don’t have a girlfriend (never have )) where she was holding a very large loofah up to her… you know where… Luckily, I didn’t see any details. I was shocked to discover that my “girlfriend” was pregnant&#33; Then the scene started changing again…

For the rest of the dream, I can remember being in a large shopping complex, possibly buying things for the baby&#33;

It&#39;s like, your brain is thinking "Okay, lucid... what should I do... OH&#33; DRESS UP IN WOMEN&#39;S CLOTHING&#33;"

Seriously though, I like your dream goals on the first page of your dream journal, especially becoming a girl. That&#39;s high on my list too. Haven&#39;t had a lucid in a WHILE though, mostly for want of trying.

I like you - I figure, any guy who is
A) Scottish, and
B) has a My Little Pony as an avatar,
CAN&#39;T be all that bad.

PS: I used to have my little ponies when I was little. But shhhhh&#33; Don&#39;t tell anyone. I had a pink one, a blue one, and a white one. They had nice hair, and came with a comb. Ahhh, to be young again...

Oh, so we&#39;re both in the same boat? Hehe Yeah, it was sort of a reflex decision to dress up in that dream. I hadn&#39;t thought about doing anything else at the time. Good luck on achieving your goal.

ROFL your goals are hilarious...but good nonetheless. I have casted magic spells while LD before. When I first tried it, nothing worked. As I continued to "practice" doing it in my dream, eventually it happened&#33; It was great hehe

<42> 18/1/07 – Owen Wilson’s New Suit</span>

(3rd person) My “view” was situated at the middle of two roads split by a pedestrian crossing. Cars were travelling down the right road and up past me on the left-hand road (which is unusual: people drive on the left hand side where I come from). I saw that the cartoon trio, Ed, Edd and Eddy, was standing in the middle of the left-hand road, blocking a white Rolls Royce from going anywhere. The man driving it was grumpy and middle-aged, and had an angry expression on his face (no wonder ). The Eds chatted about something, and Eddy wasn’t pleased, so he grabbed the other two by their trousers and threw them over past the right-hand road. My view was centered on them flying through the air all the time. Then two or three people I didn’t recognise crossed the road after Ed and Edd had hit the pavement.

Suddenly, and strangely, a silver car appeared right in front of me in between the two roads, and Owen Wilson was driving it. His car seemingly shifted across onto the left-hand road, just as the Rolls Royce was about to go forward. Owen was totally oblivious of the Rolls, and its grumpy driver repeatedly shouting “Get off the roooooaaad&#33;” while honking the horn.

Then my view focussed onto the large modern building that was to the left of the roads. In the dream, I thought that it was a hospital (it’s a multi-story car park IRL). I was reviewing in my head about the possibility of a disinfection strategy by flooding the hospital with yoghurt&#33; Here’s my dialogue:<blockquote>Me: Why don’t we flood the hospital with yoghurt?
Inner Me: No that wouldn’t work, because this ward isn’t high enough. It’ll drown.
Me: But this one won’t.</blockquote>
The location changed, and my “camera” was now based on a long, wide road, surrounded by city blocks, many of which had giant scrolling message signs on them. I could see Owen Wilson yet again, walking down the middle of the road towards me, wearing a tuxedo.

<span style="color:#555555">(1st person) I was now in a tailor’s shop, watching Owen Wilson trying on a suit just like the one I saw earlier. I wonder if the dream had gone back in time… Very unusual.

<43> 19/1/07 – Racing Around the Supermarket

This was quite a funny dream. First of all, I saw my mum using a monitor to select a race track, and she picked a long thin loop-shaped track. Then the scene changed to a supermarket: me and several other people were standing at a starting line, all holding a toy car. Someone shouted “GO” and we all started to run forward while holding the toy cars in front of us. We all made pretty bad vrooming noises&#33; We nudged each other to get out in front. A few people were ahead of me, and when I got round the first corner (on which it was hard to grip the floor), I stormed ahead and got ahead&#33; I manouevred through a barrage of some ordinary shoppers, looking at the bread on the shelves. On the last corner, I said to myself, “At last&#33; I’ve finally got first place&#33;” and I crossed the line and woke up&#33;

<44> 22/1/07 – NUKE&#33;</span>

I was standing on a garden path that formed a figure of 8, and all around me there was a vast, open, green landscape. I noticed that I was holding a rock in my hands, but it wasn’t any old rock. It felt like it was made of polystyrene. I wondered why it was like this, and I became lucid&#33;

A good idea came to my head: I was going to summon a nuke, an absolutely massive nuke. I ran round the path, jumped up in the air, and when I landed I launched my arms towards the hills and shouted “NUKE&#33;”. I focussed hard on one of the hills in the distance, and I began to summon a bubbling fireball. It began to make firey noises and expanded. And then suddenly, with a powerful blast, it exploded violently, and caused massive flames and clouds to be released in all directions. I took the shockwaves badly, they made me fall over and woke me up&#33;

GOAL: <span style="color:#007700">Cast magic spells – COMPLETED&#33;

Hehe... why not just dress in drag in RL, if your want to soo bad? I ain&#39;t judging ya... it just seems more effective and easier.

lol ur dreams sound like there pretty awesome. u have alot of dream signs in most of ur dreams. one of ur dream signs shud b ur skool...alot of ur non-lucid dreams are wit u bein in skool..or wit one of ur teachers from skool. whenever ur at skool or wit someone from ur skool u shud do a RC n most likely u will be dreaming....also bein in a store shud help u to realize u dreamin...good luck on gettin more lucids
