Thread: Rain's dream journal of mystery

Friday, May 18th, 2007- "Obi-Rain Kenobi"

Hey what can I say, I have funny titles for my dreams depending on what happens. Anyway I had this dream, then another after an awakening. They are as follows:

I was back in highschool, and I was walking down one of the side hallways where Sra F's room used to be. I saw Katie (M) walking down the hall with a rotwiler on a short leash. Suddenly, I saw Stine come up from behind her and whack her on the head. She fell down, and got back up and suddenly she was a genius. She started blurting random facts and solutions to math equations uncontrolably. I was bewildered. A this point I don't know if this was a separate dream, or what. I can't really remember.

Suddenly I am in some strange auditorium at my school (which I didn't recognize, but in the dream it was my school) and there are a bunch of elementary kids sitting in the seats and all of the lights were off, as if something were about to start. I was on stage with the tech crew and we were setting stuff up. Above the stage in the backdrop, there was this fancy bronze plack of some sort. I flipped a switch when the tech crew told me to. Suddenly the bronze plack thing, shot back out of the wall (like going deeper into the wall) and it was very realistic looking. A replacement plain wall covered up the square hole it left.

I still heard rumbling as if it was moving still. The same plack thing appeared out of the right hand wall of the autitorium, and formed one of those 4 person private balconies you see in really fancy theatres. It startled me a bit. Suddenly there was this giant robot head that came out of where the newly formed balcony just came out of and started like eating the balcony. All the kids were scared, and it scared the shit out of me pretty much. It looked like it was malfunctioning, because it started sparking, continuing to try to eat the balcony.

Then it dissapeared. I suddenly knew I had to do something. Everyone ran out of the theatre (I think) except for me and two other tech guys. We were all dressed in white/grey tunics, white pants, and white boots. And...we all...had lightsabers... go figure. Anyway I super jump up to the balcony (I guess I'm a jedi at this point) and follow a lonnnnng tunnel that runs deep inside of the wall, in search of the robot. The other two guys split up in search for it.

I followed the corridor to an open ventilation duct that ended, and when I came out of it, it jumped down and I was in a giant department store. (Looked like Macy's. that shows up a lot in my dreams, I guess Macy's is one of my dreamsigns). I then ran to the middle of the floor. I got this weird ass feeling and decided to turn around and run down a left store pathway, where I was instantly met with my 2 tech-jedi friends that both were coming from separate directions, and we all met in the middle.

In a very robotic fashion, I said to both of them "did you feel it too?" and one of them who I understood to be named Matt replied also very roboticly, "Yes. A disturbance in the force. She is here. Split up." I didn't know what that meant, but my dreamself knew, so we started running. We met up like that again. I don't remember what was said this time, but through what I remember to be a fish tank, I saw this odd looking older blonde woman looking at us. Like glaring. I have never seen anyone who even looks like this woman, nor did I know what was going on (but my dream self did), but we all knew we had to run from her. So we did.

Instead of fighting her with our lightsabers and force powers we ran. We ended up splitting up again, and there were cops in all black uniforms chasing us. (Getting chased seems to be another dreamsign).

After that I had a VERY BRIEF awakening. I woke up, plugged in my computer and started playing the lucid dreaming mp3 that someone posted on the forum. I went back to sleep.

After some time, I was in a warehouse or something. There were boxes. I thought to myself, "why the hell am I here? These boxes are retarded" Then right after that thought finished, I heard someone say "I am aware. I will remember to do a reality check". Then I was like OH IM DREAMING! I got so excited that I woke up and didn't get to do cool shit But hey what can ya do but try again? XD

Sunday, May 20th- "The Dolphin- Teresa"
I'm starting to recognize my dreamsigns better. Usually I see someone I haven't seen in ages, and there's no way I could be seeing them, or I'm being chased, or I have powers. Often times I am trying to accomplish something that keeps getting messed up worse as the dream goes on. It is good for me to recognize these signs. I often find myself in my old house (or variations of it) also.

A group of friends and i were riding our bikes through woods that looked like an extension of my old back yard on dibble. Like a major extension. Then when we got to the end there was like really clear water. Somehow I came out of the wrong "exit" on the dirt paths, because the normal one was covered up by trees. I tried to go around it and ended up in the really blue water instead of the dock. I was like aww shit because I had my phone in my pocket still. I climbed up onto a little oasis that had like a garage on it that was in the middle of the water. At this point in the dream our bikes were somehow transformed into those water jet things. I tried to jump on it from the oasis platform thing but I missed and fell into the water even deeper. This time I knew my cell phone had to be destroyed. I opened it up and looked at it and it looked like the screen had been slammed into. It was all distorted with all these weird shadow messages coming up. It was very similar to how a phone would actually look if it was water damaged or shorted out.

So for some reason I got out of the water and ran in the house that was now suddenly there. I started playing some weird game system. I was playing a game and I don't remember what it was, but after some time of getting reallly into it, it suddenly turned off. I went inside and said "whose fucking with my game?" and my cousin Amanda pointed outside where my cousin Wesley was playing a new game. It said it was NFL something or other but when he turned it on he was some monster with some gun. I had a view of the game as if i was in it, not as if i was looking through a TV screen, which was odd, and is hard to explain. The main character was some big tall monster dude with NFL patched on his shirt. He had a big weird gun and started shooting it. The graphics were pretty bad. then they were in this tunnel (still in-game) and they were in a convertible and had to drive UP a series of walls in order to accomplish some task. In this level they could only drive up one wall of a hex-angular pillar. Each new pillar, the designated sign would change. On the third one, he couldn't get started fast enough, they fell out, with the car landing on top of them and he died. Game over.

I ran back out to the water area and saw a dolphin so I jumped in with it. I've always wanted to swim with dolphins. So I did. I rode around on it for a bit. I had a memory slip at this part when I woke up, but I know it was something to do with my girlfriend. I remember that the dolphin came up on shore while I was inside. When I came back outside a few dream hours later, it was dying. It actually looked like the remains of a melted snowman. I carried the delicate remains from the top of what looked like my front yard, into where the street in front of my house would normally be, but it was water instead of a street. I put the "snowman remains" in the water. This is where I became semi-lucid. I knew that I was dreaming, but for some reason I continued to take part in the dream. I was very sad and I thought the dolphin would die. I don't know why i was so emotionally attached, but at that point I remembered that it was a dream again. I've never known how to control elements of even a lucid dream, so I figured the best thing I could do was wish. So I wished that the dolphin would come back to life and I did. Then the dolphin transformed into my girlfriend. Maybe the memory slip I had when I woke up was finding out that my gf can turn into a dolphin, which would explain the emotional feeling for the dolphin and why I was so desperate to bring it back to life. My girlfriend and I had some "moments" then I woke up. Damn. I sure could use some more moments right now.....

Monday, May 21st- "Loose Lucidity"

This was an odd experience.

I woke up in the middle of the night, or so I thought. I realized I was not "myself" when I got out of bed, and felt like I had another set of arms moving. I thought to myself "damn I must be triggering movement in my physical body! Wait a sec....that means I'm dreaming, doesn't it?" I did a reality check by trying to fly. I failed, but I stayed in the air wayyy too long for it to be reality. So I got really happy. Everything looked so realistic. I remember shouting "more lucidity NOW!!!" And it was like a shockwave emitted from my body and suddenly everything appeared very clearly and sharp. I also used "the force" to move a chair in my basement. I started walking upstairs, when I triggered movement in my physical body again. I was starting to wake up. I didn't want to, so i said "GO BACK TO SLEEP NOW!!!" really loud, but as it turns out I actually said it in the waking reality, and my dad said "Shut up it's 6:am!"

Saturday, May 26th - "Party over here...what what!"

I was in the old house yet again and a bunch of friends were over. Victor was there, everyone was there. The layout of the house was slightly backwards as it often is when I dream about being in it. I remember not knowing why everyone was coming. It was just like the goodbye party. Mom hadn't gotten home from work yet (I guess I still lived there) and I figured she'd probably be mad. Michal came up to me and said something like "Mom's gonna be pissed when she comes home." And I got worried. Someone knocked at the back door. I answered the door and it was our old neighbor from the Barker's house, Angie, and she looked even hotter than I remember. Whew. Sadly, I think that's when I woke up. Actually it was a false awakening. I thought I woke up, and tried to call my friend Aaron, and was talking to him half asleep. Oddly enough I think I was actually talking in the waking world, imagining that Aaron was talking back. When I woke up fully I thought I had called him. I need to do more reality checks lol.

Lol, that's too funny. I yell out stuff in my sleep too.
