I desided to go to bed an hour early last night to see if I could get better recall. Guess what? It did! Woot! Haha. I got up once around 2 am to write down my first dream and then went back to sleep to have another.

The Swamp Lake

The sun had set and it was dark out. I hiked down a trail and came apon a swampy lake to the left of the trail. This place looked familiar, I had been to this place before in another dream! Hesitant, I deside to go for a little swim. Later, I find my self stuck in a patch of lillypads, all tangled up in vines. Dragging my self to shore, I make my way inside of a cave. I enter the cave and start to explore.

Once again, I find myself in an airport terminal. Panicing, I search for my dad. He isnt there. I start to walk some more and see my friend Matt soaking wet with his mom. He explained to his mom why he was wet but I forget the reason. My clothes were drinched as I sqeaked down the halls but no one seemed to care.

Invasion of Mario-Santa

Looking around, I find myself in a videogame type world similar to Kingdom Hearts. Very Disney looking. Suddenly, an alien ship touches down on the ground. It turns out that it wasnt an alien after all, it was actually Mario that was dressed like Santa. Also with Mario was Cortana from Halo, but in human form.

Soon I find myself on another world or 'level' that looked like a big city surrounded by a chain link fence and a forest on the other side. My friend Joey was with me and he said that the only way out of the city was to run the fence over with a car. So he got in the drivers seat and I got in the passenger seat. Wham! We hit the fence and knock it over and kept on driving through the woods. Suddenly, we come apon a dead end and deside to start walking. We come along a huge mound of dirt with some black oze coming out of the ground. I walk over to it and Im soon being sucked into the ground. Joey starts panicing but comes over to pull me out.

Next, I think I am on the 'final level', aboard Mario-Santa's spaceship. Joey, me, and I think another one of my friends had Mario tied to a chair in a lobby like place on the ship. A door opens up to the inside of the ship and Cortana is standing in the door way. I look inside an it looks like the Normandy from Mass Effect. Cortana declaires that she has no use for Mario any more and says that we can do what we want with him. Joey says that we should turn around while he shoots himself but that doesnt make since to me and thinks that he would just run away. I deside to strand him on an island 'level' and give him a gun with one bullet a la Pirates of the Caribbean. He has the choice to either shoot him self or starve on the island.

ha ha ha I love that mario santa dream thats well funny!

I would love to have a level based dream, sounds like it would be fun.

Nice touch with one bullet and a gun on the island, love it!

Just got back from Orlando. I was visiting some family before Christmas came. I have a few dreams to write and a few from friday night.

I think my recall is getting better, Ive been remembering a lot more lately. Also, when ever I wake up and fall back asleep I can feel the presence of a dream but I never remember them.

The Cheese Thief

Walking around all mall, me and my step-dad come apon a Subway type of sandwich shop where you can choose what you want you want to put on it. But instead of everything behind the counter, you make it yourself. I take a peice of cheese and one of the employees starts saying something.

I look down to see that the cheese is floating in thin air and that we both are invisible. I must have done something like this before because I tell my dad that the last time I stole something the worker thought I was a little kid that couldnt reach the counter.

Fishing For Trouble

A huge flood has came and has a whole city under water. On a roof top, Hermione is fishing because it is the only source of food we have. She casts out and all of a sudden a huge gator jumps out! It chomps on the line and starts dragging her but before she falls in the line snaps.

Now I find my self running from these weird goblin type monsters and I have a cake in my hand. Hiding behind a door, the goblin finally finds me and has me trapped. "Oh my god, is that cake?"

Flying Man!

I was behind a house with Claire from Heroes and was panicing because we had left a tape of me flying inside the house. The Company was on its way and we needed to get out quick. I pick her up and start to fly. I remember being scared that they were going to shoot her.

Wow, you have some wild dreams crash! The level-based dream really was cool and the fishing for trouble dream must of been fun. Really, you do ahve some nice dreams here.

[PS- what part of Orlando were you in? I could have very well walked past you and you'd have never known it]

Its called Claremont(sp?). I live in northern florida though =]

Aww... How North? Capital North? Bummer, I haven't been to Claremont in ages.

I live in a little town just out of Jacksonville. Its not so bad but Id rather live in Orlando haha.

Hey crash, awesome job on improving your dream recall. Mine's been a bit on and off for the last few days. Some pretty intense dreams you've had - especially the two most recent ones. Was it the goblin who said "Oh my god, is that cake?" I dreamed about Hermione too, in a recent lucid. I hope your recall keeps getting better and better.

And yeah, it was the goblin who said that. Haha, I was confused but relieved at the same time. I guess eating just fish for a while can get to your head. Even if you are a goblin!

@Mark - Yeah, haha, I liked it a lot. I was a little bummed that it ended so soon though.

Anyways, pretty good dream recall last night.

Game Show Host

I found myself being a host of the show Duel but instead of answering questions, people had to do different stunts kind of like Fear Factor. For instance, a lady and a guy with a weird hair cut faced each other. The woman didnt know what she had to do but then a video of her house came up. In the distance you can see a shopping cart filled with various kinds of fireworks. A man walks up to the cart, lights the fireworks, and runs away. Bam! The womans home blew up! The audience starts to cheer.

Next, its the mans turn. Like I said, his hair was weird. It was long and dyed pitch black. On the sides they were cut at an angle. Its hard to explain but I have a picture in my head of what it looks like. Anyways, his task was to light a paper bag on fire in 10 seconds. He did so and the crowd cheered even louder.

I anounced that the man had won and the lady started to cry.

The Mail Man

The mail man had pulled up and gave me a package. I noticed that I was at my dads house in NY as I opened it up. It contained a white Nintendo DS along with a copy of Metroid Prime. I remember being dissapointed because I really wanted The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Walking inside, I see that my aunt and uncle are sitting on the couch watching TV.

Dreamviews

As I log in Dreamviews, I see that they have made my own subtopic area for my dream journal. There are various topics made and alot more comments in my DJ. I read to see that alot of people have asked why I had my own section and a lot of personal questions about my self.

Me and my friend, Adam, where in this house that wasnt fully built and just sitting around talking. In real life, I havent seen him for a few years now so I was pretty happy that he was there. One of his friends where there also.

As me and Adam drive home he starts talking about DV. Im joking and tell him that he is just jelous about me having more comments in my DJ than he does.

Haha, they were along the lines of "Who are you?" or "Why does he get his own section?" Very gready people if you ask me

Yeah, I like Metroid alot. Its a good game but I like Zelda better as you can see from my dream haha.

did you play on the super nintendo versions of zelda and metroid? they were totally great. Im not sure how old you are but it may be before your time

Haha, Im only 16 but I have a NES and Ive played them both. I want to be a game designer so I try to do my research and find out what people like =]

Eh, nothing much last night, Im getting pretty discouraged. I see people having lucids in a week and its taking me months. Oh well, Ill keep trying.

hey man dont get discouraged I mean take me personally when I first started at one point I had a lucid in march then next in august. Then next one after that was half way though August.

It takes a bit of time to have them all the time, unless you do some sleeping schedule like sara does.

Well, I had a whole dream typed up but I was being told to get off of the computer. Anyways, Ill be watching my aunts dogs at her house so Im hoping my awareness will be at its peak. Keep your fingers crossed for some lucids =]

Mass Effect

My boots clanked as I walked off of the Normandy and onto the Citadel. I seemed to be standing infront of an internet cafe with a volus standing out side of it. For those who havent played Mass Effect, a volus is a short and stalky alien life form. Volus' are forced to wear a spacesuit while on other planets because if they come in direct contact with a carbon-based species they could not breathe and could possible burst. I think I spoke with the volus but I dont remember what we said.

I continued into the cafe and sat myself at the nearest available computer. The computers were orange and holographic. With a touch of my finger the computer sprang to life. I logged into a message board that I am pretty active in in real life. Checking my PM box, I see that people have sent me ways to make them signitures but I write them back saying I cannot download extra brushes because I only have photoshop at school.

Pretty eventfull night last night. Im still trying to sort it all out....

New York

A car pulled up to a gas station to fill up and I happened to be in it. At the pump next to us was a friend of mine that I havent seen since summer. I can hear him talking about something but I dont remember what.

Later on that day I meet up with him and another friend. We start to drive down this road that is in the middle of no where. I look out my window to see there are containers of gravel, rocks and sand.

Battle of the Bands

I was back at my old elementry school and we were holding a battle of the bands. A drum set and a few guitars were tucked away inside a small portable class room. Desks were either pushed aside or taken outside.

A band called Glitter Dragon began to play and I remember shouting out a song request.

After the show people still crowded around in the class room and chatted with the other bands. I was with Glitter Dragon and they seemed to have a new band member. He asked me what class I was in and I told him I was a junior.

Walking out, I hear my last name called and it was a girl that I used to like. "I have a first name, you know." I said jokingly. She laughed and we walked off to the buses.

Boots - Fragment

I needed to get boots and for some reason they said they were from 1810.

Beach - Fragment

I was at the beach with a friend that I meet over a game. I sat on the beach in a lawn chair reading a book.

Movies - Fragment

I wrote down the word movies last night but I dont remember the story behind it......

Pretty good dreaming last night. I could of probably got more but the dogs kept me up >.<

I woke up with Crushcrushcrush by Paramore stuck in my head.

Funeral

Resently there had been a girl who passed away in an horrible car crash. I hardly knew her but in my dream I desided to go to her funeral. The principal let everyone who wanted to go to it out of school so we could get there in time. Of course there were some kids who went just to get out of class.

I figured that Id find somebody to go with so I head towards the science hallway. My friend, Joey, is standing out side of my chemistry teachers class in the mascot suit. Now this suit is a huge blow up devil like the one from Duke. I thought it was kind of weird to be wearing it now but since the girl was a cheerleader I thought it was ok.

We start to walk outside and towards the buses. There is a big field that we had to walk through to get to them though. On the way there, freshmen had started to throw rocks at Joey and start punching the suit.

Relient K Show

The whole school was lined up outside ready to go somewhere and I hear my name called. It was a girl from my chemistry class and she had a magazine in her had. On the cover I think it had a picture of Ghost Recon 2, or maybe it was Metal Gear Solid 4, Im not sure. She asked me if I knew anything about it and I said yes. I quickly asked her if it was a japaneze magazine and she said yes. I think it was Famitsu 360.

Suddenly I find my self at this huge venue that could seat thousands. I didnt see anyone to sit with so I just chose somewhere and my friend Ashton sat by me. I think we talked about Pokemon for some reason. He had left and a motivational speaker was talking and said that Relient K would be after he was done. I thought to myself 'Thats probably why they arent on tour, their with that guy'. Falling asleep, my friend Shane sat infront of me and was talking to a guy next to me. I shook his hand and fell back asleep.

Car Chase

I think this next dream was part of the last one but Im not sure. So here I am, behind the wheel of this very nice car weaving in and out lanes in order to dodge cars. I notice there is a vehicle Im after and step on the gas.

I catch up to him and slam his car into a fence. I get out and the man in the driver seat cowards down. We start talking and I get angry that I miss the Relient K show to waste my time with him. Now I have a Glock in my hand and the perspective changes to first person as if in a video game. Theres a site in the middle of the screen. The man tells me that I could join him and his boss but I simply decline the offer. I start shooting but I miss every shot. The man cowards down again and I figure it did the job. The man gets up and has a fishing pole in his hand. He says that he get it fixed up but I kick him and he falls to the floor.

Man, I wish I had my DJ with me last night. I had a whole bunch of dreams but now I dont remember all of them. Anyways, I still have some chocolate from Christmas, Im gonna see how it helps with my dreaming.....

The Lake

Me, my mom, and my step-dad were in a helicopter or possibly a small plane. We flew over a river that flowed into a lake type place, maybe the lake from my previous dreams? Anyways, I looked down to see Navy Seal looking people making their way across the river with their guns raised in the air so they wouldnt get wet.

Later, I find myself on this dock with a whole bunch of kids I dont know. There is this really pretty girl that seems to be with her friends. She comments her friends The Secret Handshake shirt and smiles at me. I say that I was a fan too. I think we both got in the water but Im not sure...

Next, I find myself at home and I walk out of my laundry room into the kitchen to see the same girl doing a funny dance in her pj's. I laugh and she tells me that I always bring a smile to her face.

Well, the chocolate didnt do much last night, Ill try again....

Late For School

Christmas break was over and it was almost time to go to school. My grandma must have started living with us already so I asked her if I could get a ride to school. She agrees and we start off down the drive way. She starts swerving and goes of the road into our yard. I tell her that Ill just walk although in real life its a long ways I wouldnt make it in time.

I begin walking down the street and I come along a little creek type thing with a wooden railing. I figure it would be faster to go down in it so I strip off all of my clothes exept my underwear. Grabbing onto the railing, I start making my way to the end but it keeps breaking. Finally, I make it to the end and there is a girl with her friends. I climb out and deside it was a complete waste of time because now I have to go all the way back to get my clothes. The girl laughs and points at me saying that I was dumb if I was going to go to school in my underwear.

I grab my clothes and walk back home. My shoes are soaked and when I step inside they make a squishing noise. I decide to get my step dad to get me a ride but when I wake him up he mumbles that he has just got home. I look at the clock and think that I can still make it if I leave now.

Back To School

Im at school, possibly the same day? And I go to hang out in my chemistry teachers class like I do everyday. A new kid comes walking in. He looks like he would be popular and has long blond hair down to his neck.

Later that day, Im back into the same class. We start talking and my teacher says that she wont be teaching after this semester because she is getting married but she will be the track coach for the rest of the year. Im bummed about this because I enjoy her class very much. She sits across from me and starts to put pencils between my fingers. My hands start to shake and she looks me in the eye and says in a firm voice 'I am not going to hurt you'. [Very weird ]

After lunch, I notice that the popular kid is in our class. He claims that he is a great guitar player and we begin to play Guitar Hero. He starts to play but does horrible and is very embarrassed. Its my turn and I beat the song perfectly. He gets angry and says so what. He puts a video in and it shows him shreading on a real guitar.

Happy New Years everyone! Heres to more lucid dreaming =]

College Town

It seemed me and my family went on a road trip and we pulled into a parking lot in a old college looking town. Many of the stores were old looking and were made brick. The streets were made of stone also. I get out and notice that Im wearing camo shorts and a pink polo shirt. I think to my self that I would never be caught wearing pink so I put on my hoodie and zip it up.

Later, we are in this huge sports store. Im standing at the counter waiting for everyone to finish and infront of me is a big pit of baseballs.

Andy's House

I was back in New York and I was staying at my friend Andy's house. We were up in his room playing Call of Duty 4 when we got bored and desided to go outside.

Its pitch dark out side and we are crawling in the grass like we are in a war so his mom doesnt catch us. We get to a bush and Andy desides to light it on fire. He does it and we quickly crawl away into the darkest spot. We see a light flicker on upstairs and we lay as still as possible. The light turns off and we begin to crawl again. "I bet once we get up she'll see us." I say. Andy tells me to shush and pushes me up against a wall. The door is right infront of where we are laying. His mom comes out and stares right at us. She shakes her head and goes back inside.

We get up and walk back inside. I can see her dialing a number on the phone and instantly think that she is calling my dad. As sweet as possible, Andy tells her good night. She mumbles good night as we climb up the stairs to his room.

I crawl into a sleeping bag and I remember being thankful to be going to sleep.
