I stayed the night at my grandparents' (to go skiing in the morning the next day) and they have 2 kittens. I love the things; they're absolutely adorable and so cuddly. <3 So, anyways, one of my dreams (FA) has to do with them. XD

Kitten in the Bedroom
I had a false awakening that the kitten pushed open the door of the "Guatemala room (grandparents' visited Guatemala...)" which I was staying in at the time. Then she jumped up in my bed and curled up next to me, falling asleep.

A Premonition
I am at the lunch table where I usually sit. However, I'm on the opposite side of where I ALWAYS sit (if you sit in my seat, you're dead), and my best friend sits down next to me. However, my other best friends get up and move across the room, two tables away. As they leave, they give an excuse like, "There's too much drama here," and nod towards the ever-dramatic "Poop (that's her nickname, and I really call her that xD)." I'm left feeling like they're hiding something from me.

My youth minister at church is pregnant; she went on her maternity leave just this past week. So I found myself dreaming about her; she was still pregnant, but I think she was going to have her baby or something... I ended up in her head (supposably) and there were blue blocks circling around us.

Have you ever had a dream where you are falling (usually as you're falling asleep) and then you wake up just as you're about to hit the ground, less than half of a split second to it, you wake up with a jolt? I had one of those. I woke up, then went back to sleep.

As if It Wasn't Weird Enough
This dream was super odd. It started out in a lake. I was in a boat, going top speed. Next to me was my grandpa. Behind me, (I turned and looked), was my uncle and my sister, tubing on the big yellow triangle tube with 3 hole things that we really have. It's massive, and pwnage does not even describe what it does to the waves. Only twice has it flipped, and only under the most extreme conditions. Once was with 3 boys on it. The other was with 3 girls. Anyways, it's massive, awesome, and conquers your soul ;D So, they're tubing. Then we pull around, and I climb off the dock. It looks like a school with white walls (on the outside) and is very plain. I go inside, and go in the bathroom. My mom comes in... (insert awkward silence here). Then, she leaves, and a really super hot dude comes in *drools* I asked him something like, "How long will you be here?" I'm looking into the mirror, over my shoulder, at him. He walks up behind me and takes my hands. "As long as you're sexy." ((AHAHA. THIS IS HILARIOUS. I LOVED THIS PART ;D I WOKE UP LIKE, "O: TO SEXY MAN ;D)) I look into the mirror and see that I'm completely nude. Aha. But I don't look too bad. All that blubber from winter is gone ;D And soooo, then, I leave ((AWWW, WTF?!)) and go outside. Then I and my uncle are in the boat again after going down the dock. So, we're there, and suddenly he gets all suicidal and revs it up. There's a bunch of platforms in the water, and he turns it up to top speed, guns the boat (possible?!) and then starts hitting them like crazy. We fly into the air, and such fear thrills through me that my heart is hammering and I'm like, "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!" XD So, yeah, it was freaky. Then I'm like, "WE'RE NOT DYING, HOW THE HELL CAN'T YOU SEE THAT WE'RE NOT DYING?! WTFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!! WHY DO YOU WANT TO KILL ME TOO?!" Btw, the platforms are blue. XD AND SO. The dream ended chaotically.

Bully In My Eyes
My dream started in my History teacher's room. He said something about the Asia project (huge project about a country in Asia). I think it was like, "You have to have 10 notecards done by tomorrow." In real life, you only need 3 pages of research (9 notecards), but here, each page of 3 notecards was really ONE notecard. So, you needed 10 pages of research done. However, we've already turned them in (struck me as odd, but didn't get lucid). I ignored it. I saw my friend Erika, who's not in my class, but my teacher looked pointedly at me. "How many notecards do you have done?" I answered, "6." He narrowed his eyes. Otherwise, he nodded shortly, and I thought, Ouch. 4 pages in one night? We went to the computer lab - the one in our library. However, the other half (the library) was missing. Everything was black and dark. I was about 3 computers from the turn... The computer lab is set up like this:

Anyways, yeah, so I sit down, my teacher's over somewhere else. I have to research a landform. Suddenly, the dream skips and I'm in a recurring dream-place; the Arctic Pools, as I've called them XD. They didn't look any different from last time I saw them. They were deep, cold, and uninviting - and yet so tantalizing and taunting. The water was a crystal clear blue. There were rough rocks (I remember feeling them as I climb them...) bordering them, holding the frigid water inside. They're in a room with glass walls. The air is misty, almost foggy, because of the temperature. I climb the wall and look over it, into the area. Again, the dream skipped. I was back at school. I immediately assumed it was the next day. I waited just outside my locker, with my books and such, waiting on the tips of my toes, dancing around and waiting. Suddenly, my friend Erika reappears through the crowds. She holds up the 4 pages of research that I needed - the ones I made her do. I'm relieved, and I smile at her. Yay! XD

The Shape-Shifter's Awakening
I am standing in a tunnel, looking into a side-cavern, and I realize that I am crouching. I feel fur. My ears twitch, my tail lashes. I'm a cat. Of all things - a cat. Anyways, the smaller tunnel I'm looking into is a deep blue. Black, small holes, as if the walls were stabbed by pencil, coat the sides of the tunnel. There's someone next to me - another cat - urging me to go on. But I'm too cautious to do so quickly. Carefully I lift my paw and tap the side of the wall carefully. Moments later, I'm engulfed with terror. Ants start pouring out of the holes, clicking their mandibles rhythmically. I can hear the acute noises like thunder in my ears. With a screech of fear I turn and race in the opposite direction. I immediately rush into another tunnel, this one lacking the holes that the last one had. The other cat, who I now know is my father, is hard on my heels. The tunnel twists and turns sharply, and every few seconds or so there is a break in the wall, revealing more and more elaborate tunnels carved into the blue-hued rock, both above and below. However, a lot of it is just a blur, as I am still flying by at enormous speeds. Suddenly, I skid to a stop, as an enormous cavern spreads out before me. My dad, who I was hardly aware of during the dash for safety from the little insects, comes up next to me. I look at him, mentally sketching out his feline features. He looks into my eyes and nods. I turn my head back to the underground cave, and in the center I see a beautiful, shimmering pool - however, it's got no water. It glistens and sparkles, as if magically, and the glittering dust that hangs in the air above it swirls about mystically. I'm taken by awe as I slowly take the necessary steps to reach it. I step into it, and feel the light that emanates, sourceless, from it warm my body. Love and happiness - complete, ecstatic joy, overwhelms me. But too soon, it leaves, returning me to the cool wariness of the tunnels. I take a step forward, and I'm brought out of the circle. I know that something is different about me - my appearance, not my personality. I remember seeing my paw as I reached into the tunnel - a nice, pure white. But now, as I look at it, I see that it is the darkest black. Now fascinated by the magical stone, I step back on to it, and again I am wrapped in the warmth that I felt before. This time, when I step out again, the world shifts for a moment, and suddenly I'm looking at myself from outside. My eyes are two different colors - blue and green - and my fur changed yet again, this time to white with brindle across my back like a saddle. Then, dark shadows are flitting through the edges of my vision. Above me, the tunnels that I glimpsed before open up to create an arena around this area. Dark cats slink around the layers and layers of almost bleacher-like things. From the darkest shadows on the ground level, a huge black cat steps out, red eyes glinting sinisterly. His menacing laughter sends me trembling. "Your father's land has been taken over," he explains coldly. "Get out." My eyes widen with shock. I turn to look at my father, only to see that he's not there. My heart leaps. Fearing for my life, I turn and dash away, winding again through the tunnels, only this time I find a way up, up, up... and suddenly I'm human again, carrying a kitten in my arms. I dodge through a doorway, only to find that there is something in it, filling it as far as it may go. Like one of the blow ups from bounce land ((like these )), it is filled with air. Not far away, I see a man. However, this ship is in, and on a doorway (still made of inflatable stuff) there is black tape in the shape of an X. It has a paper attached that reads, "In for repairs." The man stands there, repairing the slowly deflating ship. I look around. What harm could it do if I just slipped in? None. So, with the kitten still in my arms, I step forward and climb up the tower of inflatable deck. The man turns his head, and sees me. I'm afraid that he'll yell at me - but he just smiles and goes back to work. I settle down in the area, comfortable, and gently stroke the kitten. When I look up at the ceiling, I see a security camera. "That's weird..." Not far from that, I see another man, on a platform. Now a little creeped out, I look at the first guy, who winces, as if saying to be careful. I slowly sink farther and farther back down into the deck, on purpose. However, I'm sure they saw me, so I take the kitten and slink out of the room, knowing that they wanted me out... for good... even though I was reluctant to leave the comfort of the inflatable ship. I leave the room, and I'm in a hallway. It opens up farther down. I run down the hall, and out into the sunlight. I'm too lazy to write the rest in detail.

I see my dad and my brother. My dad has french toast; he gives some to me and my brother. We eat, then we go next door to some bigger town houses, (huge) and my dad tells me we're moving there (ours is really not that big xD). Then his new girlfriend appears (dream gf), and yeah. Then I'm running back towards the big cavern... and then I wake up.

January 31st/February 1st, 2008 - NLD, NLD

The Apocalypse is Happening
This dream begins in a complex. Not an apartment complex, or a mall complex, or an office complex - just some sort of complex. Im' being led by the arm down a hallway. The person's hands are warm, but they seem dead somehow to me - as well as unreal. As we are about to enter a room on the left, someone else is dragged kicking and screaming from it, hands cuffed. I wince, and move into the room, lead without touch. I am instructed to sit on the ground, cross-legged, and instantly I go deep into a trance. I am in a huge area, looking down on it, and I see that it's quite beautiful. It reminds me of China, minus the pollution. And beside me, in the dirt that I find I am sitting on, four other people appear. It becomes clear to me that we are God. I think they are Shift, Delphinus, and two others. Our purpose is to find, defeat, and destroy the devil and his army. So our long mission begins. I wonder if we need food or anything in the "real" word (dream world), but we don't. For some reason I consider Doritos. XD I doubt for a moment that it's real, but refuse to accept the possibility that it's not. I want too much for it to be real to consider it. Our first stop is a facility with a secret room. We all meet in the room, and discuss what we're going to do. The basic idea is just plain search. So we start searching. After a day of this, we have found nothing. It skips ahead to the next day. Again, nothing. Someone (Shift) gets called back to the "real world," and we wait in a huge white room. Shift disappears, and is replaced momentarily by a jumpy little boy... hyper and excited. I see the name 'ClouD' hovering under him, and I'm like, "Oh. ClouD." Yeah, that's ClouD from DV, guys. XD ClouD jumps up and down, runs in a circle, then leaps into the air and punches with triumph. I could swear he is thinking, "W00T, I GET TO BE GOD!!!!!!!!111one1!!" So, our search time is repaired, and so we leave the room. I'm liking being God.

However, six days after the search initially began, we still have found nothing. Throughout the dream, I questioned if it was real, but didn't really care as it was overall enjoyable. In the end, I felt myself waking up and stabilized. Finally, I was summoned back to the "real" world, and ate some Doritoes. Then I wake up for real.

One Man's Seashell is another Man's Dinner
I went fishing with my brother and dad in this dream. First I caught a giant seashell, which I released. XD Then I caught an anchovie, cut off its head and tail, and put it on a stick (like a kebab). Then I caught a baby turtle in a big shell. I drained the water, got the turtle out, and showed my brother.

February 1st/2nd, 2008 - NLD

Another dream where I miss the bus (yay... T__T)
I wake up. Oh shit! Missed the bus! I run to the other side of my neighborhood (in my pajamas) to my friend's house. I knock on her door, run in, and go downstairs - only to find my room. I throw on some clothes. From upstairs I hear her yell, "Hurry! You're going to miss the bus!" I yelled back, "Okay, let me grab my coat!" I grab it and run upstairs. Then I run outside. Erika and I stand on one side of the road, while Peyton and Sarah stand on the other. I hear what they say, though. "I'm going to get a lizard! They're only $1 on weekends!" Sarah says, "O-M-G, YOU STOLE MY IDEA XD!" Bus comes and picks us up.

Somewhere in this confused dream, I see my friend Harmony, with her hair all frizzy and with baggy p-js on. In this part it's like, 3 o'clock in the morning, and she's standing next to a wall. My friend's house is a general store. She's standing next to the wall, which is like a library wall. I ask her what she's doing there so early. She says, "I need a book!" I see the bags under her eyes and I'm like, "WTF." But oh well. I also asked Erika if I could ride her bus, then, after she said yes, if anyone had a dark hood I could wear. *shrug* Weird dream, eh?

Another Premonition
I dreamed about my friend. Nobody wore their bike trip shirts, and she was the one person who did. She was wearing her black FBI(c) sweat shirt over it, though... She told me to take off my sweatshirt ("For just five seconds! C'mon, please?!"). I was like, "Why?"

The Fatherly Angel
1) My dad died [in the dream]. He appeared to me in a dream (inside the dream) as an angel.

Me: "Dad, I was just thinking about you...!"
Dad: "I know."
Me: "When will I see you again?"
Dad: "Not in the morning..."
Me: "What do you mean...?"
Dad: "Just know that I will always protect you when you are in danger. You'll always be safe."

Then he took my hand and led me to my mom (in the dream...) and I woke up (still dreaming...).

A Documentary
2) I had another dream that started out as a documentary about these children that were geniuses. Their parents were abusive, and kept them trapped. They built machines that dirtied the air, but kept them safe. Then I was one of them. The next thing that happened was that a narrator said something like, "They didn't have enough room to hide the machines." Then we were in school. I was getting out of the car. It was raining. I said to my mom - "mom" - that, "I like rain!" She said, "Oh yeah, that's wonderful!" Then I said, "Yeah! Because it's FREE!" And ran down the hall. It was my elementary school, though.

Disturbing Doings
Uh. This dream was really long, slightly disturbing. In this dream I was apparently bi with my friend (odd...), and I'm not really bi or gay in real life. I'm straight. Started out in a big campsite. There were lots of like 4th graders leaving, and we came to the conclusion that they were at the Challenger trip (from somewhere about 6th grade-ish?). But anyways, yeah, apparently her mom called us "gey" (pronounced like gay), then I was like, "Nahh..." Then she blushed and said, "No, I was referring to your clothes!" At that point, we were in a hot tub... so I wasn't really wearing clothes, I was wearing a bathing suit. Anyways, there was lots more to this dream (nothing dirty, I promise xD) and I'm too lazy to type it up. Even mentioning all that was sort of bordering on the comfort zone for this dream. I don't have anything against homosexuals or bisexuals, so don't go off on me. But I'm not one, so I didn't feel like sharing the more odd parts of the dream. xD

Remembered some dreams (about 3) but forgot them all... except now I just remembered one! No, two! Or at least, bits and pieces of them. xD

The Fragments last Remembered
One of them, I was in a store, looking at clothes. It was like Meijer, only the clothes were all up by the front, and the cash registers and such were all right next to it. But I was just looking at shirts - long-sleeved. I don't have any long-sleeved shirts [that I like/wear]. So these were like, sweaters. xD

The other one was when I was standing outside of a building (looked like a place my mom used to go...) and my family was there, as well as someone I know through the internet (or knew; just recently found them again on AIM!). We were playing catch or something. There was a football... I'm not really sure why, but there was. xD

The Internet Predator
I had a dream that I was in my computer friend's house.

I was in her house. I said hi to her, but apparently her parents didn't know I was over, so I had to be secretive. Then, her dad was coming up the stairs. (Her room was upstairs, with a window accessible from outside... unimportant detail.) So, I quickly ran and hid under a blanket in her closet (yay?) and her brother came and joined me. He hid on the other side of the blanket, but it was too small. I had to really squeeze myself in. So I'm in there, waiting, and her dad steps into the room. I can hear him. The floor is wooden. I try to breathe shallowly, and I accomplish silence. He comes in carefully - but suddenly, my friend's brother reveals himself. Then I get shown. I take a gasp of air, and run past him. I run down the stairs, trying not to be found - but he chases after me. Then, the dream skips, and I'm standing in front of my parents. I say, "Don't worry, it'll just be a second!" I know that they were planning to visit her parents, but I don't know what for. Then I run outside, and look up the walls of our house. I see the window that goes to my friend's house (uh... idk, my mind is screwed up when I'm dreaming? xD). I think about climbing up the wall, but decide against it. I go back into the house, and see the stairs going up. I see the white slide thing, and I think about scaling that, too. But again, I decide against it.
