Hey there I said to my self "when i get my first lucid dream, im gonna start a dream journal on dreamviews". Well i got my first lucid dream last night... so here i am. I have had a dream journal for 4 nights now so im fairly new to all this. Well now that i have only had a dream journal for 4 days now, im also gonna post these dreams in this dream journal. Hope you guys enjoy and please leave a comment if you like.

14.12.2009 Moss people in the shopping center (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 00:00 ~ 04:00 Everything started out in this random shopping center. I remember being on my own, but still semi surrounded by random people, just like one would be in a real shopping center. (the funny thing is that when i think of this dream i know that i knew the dream started in the shopping center. But i obviously wasnt aware enough to use this knowledge as a RC). Anyhow, suddenly a big crack in the floor started to form. It got bigger and bigger. about 20 meters long and 2 meters wide. The crack was not bottomless. On the contrary it was filled with snow. I could hear weird noises from the crack, and as anyone else did, i started to "examine" the crack. I saw 2 people lying in the crack. Redhead, white, naked women. I was freaking so i moved away from the crack saying stuff like "Make them leave --- they are freaking me out". Well, as afraid as i was, i tried to get away from the women. So i entered the random swimmingpool that was just besides the big crack (awareness here would maybe have made me lucid). The women followed me there but suddenly, they were gone. And instead i started to focus on one of my school mates running from this random gangerster looking guy. I followed my friend and tried to help him get the gangster looking guy off his back. Well we started running as fast as we could and we eventually exited the shopping center. We looked behind us and the guy following us was gone. We started walking. I turned around to double check, but this time an other guy where coming at us so we started running away as fast as we could. It didnt matter, the guy was gaining on us. We split up in hope of the guy choosing to follow me instead of my school mate. Everything looked like it was going acording to plan, but after running a couple of meters i turned around just to see that the guy wasnt follow my, he was still following my friend. The guy had seriously gained in on my friend, so instead of running away from the guy, my friend tried to out maneuver the guy by using his climbing and parkour skills (Parkour = French urban sport thats about getting from A to B as fast and effective as possible). My friend climed a 5 meter wall, but just as he got to the top the guy following him was at the bottom of the wall. But instead of climbing the wall, the guy following my friend did a "wall run" and was up the wall within a couple of secound. I started running to the wall in hope of successfully making the same "wall run" as the random guy just did. But before i knew it i found my self failng the wall run once, which meant i did not have the time to run backwards to get the run up i needed. So i tried to climb the wall. I got like 80% up the wall but at this point two guys had already caught up with my friend. One of the guys pulled out a gun and emptied the clip in my friends face. I jumped down from the wall and started running for my life. I got about a 100 meters away before i woke up. I remember this dream in detail. Almost full detail. I can remember almost all the detail in some of the background. I can even describe the shape and details of the 5 meter wall if i had to. But somehow, i wasnt aware-aware of the environment. If i was, i would maybe have become lucid. But ill give it another go tonight. 14.12.2009 Villages (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 04:00 am ~ 08:00 am Started in random villages. Me and some other guy. Were running from something, but at the same time we were kinda rebuilding the villages. Just like in any strategy game on the computher (like black and white). I dont remember detailed stuff. Only key words.

15.12.2009 Parkour with Phil and others (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 00:30 ~ 08:15 This night i only recall one dream. But as i woke this morning, i actually thought i didnt recall any of my dreams. But as i woke up i didnt move and just relaxed and suddenly i remembered one of my dreams. The dreams started out with me hanging out with some of my parkour mates. We were at a new spot, so we were all super excited. We started looking around the random neighbourhood. We quickly found out that we were in the middle of some kind of ghetto. Nevertheless, we started jumping around. Me and my brother trained a certain technique called "Cat to Prec", and suddenly some of our english friends walked in on us. Both Phil and Luke were there. We started training with them. Joe did a cat to prec, i kinda did it, and phil kinda did it after some tries. The dream ended with loads of semi gangsters walking through our training route. But nothing happened, except the exchange in staring look from both the gangsters and us.

16.12.2009 Kyusho Aiki Jutsu in random place (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 06:00 ~ 07:40 The martial arts i do is called "Kyusho Aiki Jutsu". Its a kind of advanced self defence thing. Well we have soon got graduations so at the moment we are going through all out CDTs ("Combat Defence Techniques", a series of attacks and block which is performed with a partner). Basically this dream took place in this giant room. Me, my brother and our sensei (our dad) were the only practitioners in the the room. There were also some kind of audience. We did some CDTs and joked around a bit. 16.12.2009 Ilabaca skateboarding (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 06:00 ~07:40 First off, i just wanna say that tonight was one heck of a night. I didnt dream much. But i felt a REAL sleep paralysis which for me is kinda sick since i have never felt anything like that before. I went to bed at around 12pm and i quickly fell totally asleep. I had set my alarm clock to 04:45am so i could WBTB and atempt to WILD. My plan, even though my dream skills might not let me, was to become lucid in my dreams up untill my alarm clock went off. Nevertheless, i did not recall any of my dreams up untill 04:45am. I woke up when my alarm went off and tried to remember what i dreamt... it failed. So i drank some water and atempted WILD. It took some time before my arms went semi numb, but eventually they did. I then waited to see if anything else other than the numbness would happen. I waited and waited. After quite some time THINGS started to happen. But just before THINGS started to happen, i felt kinda weird. I stopped think about anything. My breathing became natural and nothing was on my mind. I felt a WEIRD sensation throughout my entire body. It felt like i was floating away but at the same time my body was shaking (Not shaking shaking, but more of a non shaking shaking). Well the sensation stopped after like 30 seconds, and i had no idea what to do.... nice try though... but better luck tonight. This dream took place in a skateboard park in some random location that i dont know about. And there was some kind of skateboard competition going on. The contestant who was skating at the moment was Daniel Ilabaca (the parkour jesus). He pulled off some insane tricks like "infinite truckstand fingerflips", which when watched in slomo look INHUMANE! He also did huge airs and stuff

17.12.2009 Ray (Bey Blade) (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 00:30 ~ 06:15 I personally wasnt even in this dream. I started out being Ray from Bey Blade (i think he is the one with the white tiger bey blade?). Well as Ray i was a school student and a karate student. My karate sensei was tricked into believing that he was seing his own future self as his present self. Apparently he saw that as a bad thing, so he wanted to beat me up (beat Ray up). This lie was set up by my little brother (Ray's little brother) who also wanted to kick my ass. My little brother was apparently a fusion between Butters from south park and Charlie Brown, who was hardening his shins so he could kick my ass. But what he didnt notice was that i also had super hardened shins and knuckles. I woke up before the fight. 17.12.2009 Guardians (WILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 06:15 ~ 07:30 I had just succeded in a natural WBTB. I got my dream journal and started writing my dream down (Ray - Beyblade). I did this in semi darkness since i didnt want to fully awake myself, so my notes from that dream is just trash. But fortunately i remember the dream so the notes dont matter. Well, after doing trashy notes for some minutes i decided to try to WILD. I turned my computer on because the cooling thing in my computer is kinda loud. I wanted to try Naiya's thing about focusing on the sound, changing it, then imagining a dream, and then changing it. It kinda worked i guess. It started out fine, i dunno if i got into SP but something felt weird. After some time my laptop was out of power (didnt think about plugging it in), so i decided to semi give op on my WILD attempt. I normally lay on the back so now i just turned to my side and semi tried to WILD again, but this time without the fan. This time i was focusing on some inner sound thingy i could hear. Well i didnt focus focus on it, and i certainly didnt lay still to get into SP. My intentions was actually just to fall asleep while semi semi WILDing. I started thinking about parkour. I dunno why but i thought about doing parkour in a mall. I imagined myself walking to the highest floor (i dont know if i was dreaming... it felt like i was awake and just imagining this). I clmbed one of the walls on the highest floor to get to the glass ceiling of the highest floor. On my way up to the glass floor, i still felt like i was just imagining. When i got on the glass floor it felt REALY real-like. I walked across some of the glass ceiling. I saw some random guy, he looked like some kind of big temple guardian. Maybe 2+ meters tall and like 1+ meters wide. I dont know why but i decided to beat him up o.O (i have been doing martial arts for some years now so this kind of behaviour is not normal at all And btw i still thought i was imagining/semi dreaming this). I began to charge the guardian. As i was charging something felt different (I have charged people like that in real life. Not in a real situation, but when we were training mutiple attacker stuff). This charging feeling didnt feel ANYTHING like the real deal. So i knew i was dreaming. As i was charging him and realising that i was dreaming, i started to get happy and excited since i was experiencing my FIRST real lucid dream!! I fought the temple guarding, trying to use the fighting techniques i knew. But the fghting part was nothing like real fighting at all. It felt like we were fighting under water. Well i didnt mind that so i just kept fighting, with a BIG smile on my face. As we were fighting i remember reading some random dream journal the day before this lucid dream, banana's dream journal. In his dream he often used the plug nose RC, so i just wanted to try this RC out. btw this is my first RC in a dream. I did the plug nose inhale RC and damm... felt SUPER weird. Well i kept on fighting. I suddenly woke up. First lucid!

18.12.2009 CSI New York (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 06:00 ~ 07:00 My plan this night was to try to DILD, then WBTB and try out WILD. Well i con recall any dreams before my WBTB, and i also lost focus while trying out WILD and fell asleep again. I think im gonna stick with this pattern. DILD - WBTB - WILD. At the moment i think i should be focusing more on recalling, so the chances of my DILD succeding. Since my first WILD i kinda got the feeling of WILDing, so i guess im also still gonna focus on WILDing also. My aim is also to get some more sleep went to bed at around 1am and only got around 6 hours of sleep and my WBTB happened at around 6am.... the self discipline is a killer one. It all started in a giant skyscrapper-office-like building. It didnt only look like anything from CSI New York. It was CSI New York (i have actually never seen CSI New York, but i got the feeling i was in it). I walked around a bit and found my self talking to one of the people who worked there. For some reason i had a business card she wanted, but i woulnt let her have it (the business card i had was like the one this guy made ). I woke up.

19.12.2009 Water rescue (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 06:00am ~ 07:30am As always i tried DILD - WBTB - WILD tonight. I failed to DILD, and i fell asleep during my WILD. The problem here might have been that i went to bed at 1:30am and got up at around 7:00am. After failing my WILD atemtpt i recall a dream. I was with my old gymnastics team on some kind of show tour. And as always we werent only supposed to do gymnastics. We had to visits loads of stuff so we also could get kinda educated in a way. Well we went to this lake thing in some woods, and suddely a guy fell in the water (the super strong stream dragged him away). I jumped in after him and grabbed his hands. My friend also jumped into the water to grab my legs. Some other guy jumped in the water to grab my mates feet. And the line of people jumping in the water grew to about 20 people. We all eventuelly drifted ashore somewhere. I found my self naked and had to walk all the way back to get my clothes... i woke up on my way back. where the heck is my awareness?!

20.12.2009 Clairvoyance (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 00:00 ~ 03:00 Tonight i think i had 2 dreams atleast though i can only recall one of them. The dream took place in a martials arts camp in USA. This camp is where people like mohamad ali and people like that trained. Well i was there, my father was there and a Kyusho grandmaster, Evan Pantazi, was there. Me and my brother and my father had just the night before this watched "derren brown séance", which is about clairvoyance and stuff like this. In the end of the show, derren brown shows that all this clairvoyance stuff is all fake. My father succesfully made a clairvoyance on someone, while grandmaster Pantazi failed. I woke up

21.12.2009 Joe's toothbrush (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 04:00 ~ 08:00 Today was a semi ok recall day. I recall 4 very small dreams. But my atempts on WILD didnt go as planed. They all failed, and my new LucidWeaver alarm clock got stuck and just kept on ringing... But i actually think i succeded in doing mantras for my MILD untill i fell asleep, i didnt get lucid though? I dont recall that much of this dream. What i can remember took place in the bathroom. Me and my brother were about to brush our teeth but he kept on taking my toothbrush instead of his own. He said he was positive that it was his toothbrush... in the end i found out he had just bought a toothbrush that looked like mine. 21.12.2009 South Park episode (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 04:00 ~ 08:00 Very short dream. I was on my computer and found out that a new South Park episode was released. Randy Marsh was on the thumbnail og the episode (on the internet) 21.12.2009 Parkour park (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 04:00 ~ 08:00 Me and one of my class mates from highschool were visiting some random school because we fundraising for our new parkour park. Me and my mate decided that he should do all the talking, since i kinda suck at stuff like that. Well it turned out that he was absolutly trash... so i took over and tried to convince the people in charge of the school. In the end i failed... I woke up.

22.12.2009 Bus ride (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 00:00 ~ 05:00 I had a really hard time remembering this dream. But i eventually got something. Only a little bit though. Me nad my brother were some random place. THe weather was just like it is in real life at the moment, snow everywhere. So we decided to take a bus home. However the bus never came, so we just stood in the cold waiting. 22.12.2009 Gym in mall (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 05:00 ~ 08:00 Yet another WILD atemt failed. I did manage to get to sleep paralysis a couple of times. But i couldnt get the any dream to form. I might have been over excited about the sleep paralysis maybe. I was with my former gymnastics team out doing a show. But before the show were had to do some practise for the show. This practise took place in a big room resembling one i know from real life. Well after some time the practise ended. At this point the scenery changed. I found myself in a mall, however i didnt question this sudden change i just accepted it (unwise move...). I wanted to shoot some hoops since there also were a basketball court. I found myself dunking like it was nothing.... I woke up 22.12.2009 One Armed Chef (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 08:00 ~ 09:00 Before dreaming this, i tried to MILD. I was 100% confident that i would succesfully MILD. I didnt mantras, "As i dream, i will be aware that i am dream", combined with visualization about becoming lucid in the dream i had before. My dream wasnt even about me o.O I, not in person but in 3rd person, was following this one armed chef from BBC Lifestyle. He was playing poker. I had absolutly NO control over anything. It was like watching a TV show. I woke up

23.12.2009 Smashed (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Once again i did my mantras and all that to try to MILD before my WBTB followed by WILDs. But unfortunatly i didnt get lucid. The dream took place in england once again. I was out doing parkour with my friends and suddenly we stumbled across Phil (parkour MASTER!). I odnt know why but i had brought my laptop with me because it was broken, so i wanted phil to fix it (the sick thing about this is that when i woke up in real life, my laptop wouldnt start. Its still broken and i am waiting for it to be fixed). I left my laptop in phil's hands and left. I was back in Denmark in a flash. I started my other pc and went on youtube and saw a video posted by phil, where all the english traceurs like phil, luke and neil were smashing my laptop!! wtf. 23.12.2009 WoW (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was hovering over some random WoW map with my old class mate Mikkel. We were on our way to some random place to test out some skills. But before we could test any skills, i was suddenly teleported to my cousin's birthday. At the birthday party we got all kinds of food, but i specially remember the curry... I woke up just as i spilled the curry on the floor. 23.12.2009 VIK (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID The only thing i remember from this dream, is that we were on our way to the gym, VIK, to do some tricking. 23.12.2009 Birthday party (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID The dream took place in a fusion between my family's house and the and biggest performance hall in Århus, "Musik Huset". Me and my brother were celebrating our birthday, but at the same time we were about to perfrom with our old gymnasticsteam "The Flying Danish Superkids". All the people we knew were invited. Old school mates, parkour mates, gymnastic mates... I specially remember our elementry school nemesis being there.. Well the birthday was nice and all, and i refused to perfrom with the flying superkids. Instead i went to REMA, the local grocery store. 23.12.2009 The Pet (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Just before dreaming this time, i did a WBTB and tried to WILD. I was to tired so i just went for MILD. I did my mantras but fell asleep before i knew it. I was in some kind of backyard. I was jumping on a trampoline. A random kid joined me. After a couple of seconds some of the kid's pets came to join us. The kid jumped down from the trampoline and picked up one of his special pets. It was a white fox-like thing with red-orangy stripes. I wanted to hold it. As i grabbed a hold of the pet, i kinda transformed into a fusion between a fox, an armadillo and an octopus. It began to wrap around my arm with its tentacles... i panicked... and woke up. I woke up and found out my grandparents were visiting. I got up and walked out of my room... False awakening..

24.12.2009 Slashing Samurai (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This is maybe the longest dream i have ever had. The weird thing about this dream wasnt that it was super long, but the way i woke up. After some time in the dream i tried to do a RC. But just as i thought about doing a RC i woke up... The dream took place in this gigantic building. I was in a big aquarium thing like room. This room was maybe 100meters high and 30meters wide. In the bottom of this aquarium like room there was waterscape. The rest of the room was filled with levitating green platforms. By following the greem platforms, one could get from the bottom to top. I found myself in the waterscape. But i wasnt the only one in the waterscape, i was accompanied by a so called "Splash Fish" (i deadly killer fish thing). I quickly got myself out of the water and i noticed that i wasnt the only one in this room. I found out that the room was build like some kind of video game level (just like Rayman or somehting). I wasnt the only one on this course, there were loads of people who were there for teambuilding reasons. I didnt know what was going on but i knew that we all were running from something. After some time jumping from platform to platform i teamed up with yoshi. Yoshi told me that he had found a way out of the course, but we had to go to the top of the course before the plan would work. We got to the top of the course, and yoshi told me that we had to climb all the way down again, but through a tunnel located in the far right of the course. I did as yoshi told my and started descending. I climbed though wines, rocks and so on to get to the bottom. SIDE STORY Suddenly i found myself in another body that my own. As i said before, i wasnt the only person on this course... I found out that i was in the body of a guy from one of the teambuilding groups. As this person i didnt care about the teambuilding exercises, i only cared about this girl who was on the course. I ended up saving her from death when she slipped and fell from one of the highest points on the course. BACK TO MAIN STORY I was in the bottom of the tunnel yoshi told me to climb down from. In the center of the tunnel there was this little trap door. Suddenly a little pixie started banging on the trap door from the inside, he was suffocating. Yoshi rushed from the very top of the tunnel to the bottom in less than a second, and saved the pixie. Yoshi followed me out of the course and into this FBI-facility-like build, this was apparently where all the gm's were (this facility was still a part of the building with the aquarium-like room and all). Yoshi and i walked past the main office of the facility and suddenly found ourselves in this big square room. 10meters to the ceiling and 20meters wide. The room basically consisted of two gigant staircases. After some time, about 50 people were teleported into this room. Half of the people wielded swords and wore white masks. An announcer told us that the samurais with white masks would start hacking away at us when the announcement ended. We, all the people without masks and swords, should just stay alive. The announcement ended and the samurais started hacking away. Blood and guts flew everywhere. In the middle of all this killing i thought about RCing... I lifted my hand to my nose to do the nose plug breathe RC, but just as i touched my nose i woke up.... damm..

25.12.2009 Gymnastics again (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Its christmas... but i somehow didnt have the motivation to write down my dreams (its actually pretty odd why i didnt have motivation). I ended up only writing one dream down and forgetting the other two... When i was younger i was doing gymnastics on a pretty high level. But as i got into college and started doing parkour, i kind of lost the interest in gymnastics. I quit and never talked to anyone from my gymnastics team again.... However, i often dream about doing gymnastics with my old gym mates. I think that doing gymnastics and being with my gym mates should be a DreamSign! Once again i found myself doing gymnastics. I was somehow the test dummy today, and i had to perform loads of new moves that i had never tried before. The training session ended with us all doing some muscle ups.

26.12.2009 Ready for school (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID As always i did my mantras before going to sleep. And my plan was to WILD after my first WBTB. My first WILD atempt failed but i woke up about an hour later, so i took another go at WILD. The funny thing about this wild was that i kinda mixed it up with MILD, so i ended up MILDing instead of WILDing. Well before getting my second lucid, i had this dream. I was at home and getting ready for school. (I actually just finished college in real life and i dont intend studying anymore, so school should also be my dream sign). Well i eate my breakfast and started packing my school stuff. While i was waiting for my dad to get ready to drive me to school i ate some clementines. Suddenly my dad calls me on my cellphone and tells me to go to Horsens because theres an emergency (danish city, 20kilimeters from here i live)... i woke up. 26.12.2009 2nd Lucid (DILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID 06:00 ~ 07:30 The dream started im my old highschool. I was in the class 9.E. But the guys i knew from 9.E wasnt there, he only people there were my class mates from college. Well i didnt bother thinking about this weid mixup, i just kept on listening to what the teacher had to say. And of course he had nothing to say, so i just played a bit around with some "technical lego" some guy from class had just handed to me. After some time me and my twin brother (i have a twin brother in real life) left the class room to go get something. i cant really reember what were were after but we left the class room. As we were walking along the hallway i found this random girl lying on the floor. I have no idea but before i knew it i was all over this girl. I thought to myself that this couldnt be real, so i did a RC. I did the plug nose-breathe technique and it worked! I got lucid. I didnt wanna waste my lucid on that random girl so i got up and followed my brother to where we were going before. It turned out that we were heading outside. As we were walking along the hallway to get outside, i started stabilizing the dream by rubbing my hands together. My twin brother kinda made fun of me rubbing my hands together, just like he would in real life, but i didnt care i just needed to stabilize the dream. At first it didnt stabilize, but after some time the dream got more vivid and stuff, so i stoped stabilizing. I felt weird... following my brother felt nothing like walking in real life. It was like i was walking in the bottom of a big swimming pool (not floating way but not sinking either). I tried to walk normally but i couldnt. Well after some time i didnt think about the way walking felt.. and after some time i think i walked normally. As i got to the door that leads to the playgrounds i wanted to feel how the dream state felt like. So i just stopped for a second to feel. It felt much like living in real life, except there was this tingling feeling of sleep paralysis. I felt the door with my hands and GOD it felt real.. After some time just getting the feel of the dream state, i moved outside. The playground looked just like it did in real life. I tried to use telekinetics and succeeded once. But failed my other attempts. I wanted to fly, so i did. FLying was fairly easy, so after flying around for some i wanted to see what was going on on the playground. I landed and started walking around. I saw my uncle and my brother.. As i was looking around the playground, i found this shopping bag just lying around. <i picked it up and looked inside. There was a check inside. I could feel that the person giving me this check was looking at me from somewhere near. The dream began to crumble.. i was waking up. I tried stabilizing but it didnt work.. spinning didnt work either. I woke up happy as ever. Best christmas present this year!

28.12.2009 Francko (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID My recall is still steady and i think im about to get the lucid feeling a bit. Im gonna keep MILDing and WILDing untill im super consistent. I was visiting my parkour mate Franck. He had gotten a new apartment, so me joe and jacobz were there to kind of celebrate the new apartment. While we were making our breakfast, we realised that we were late for parkour training. We prepared ourselves for training instead of making breakfast. Just before walking out the door, franck told us that we werent going out to train, we were on our way on a date he had set up. wtf franck... I woke up. 28.12.2009 Anis (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I failed my WILD attempt, but i had a dream anyways. The dream took plave in some kind of a big city. The world was crumbling just like in a movie. And i actually felt like i was in a movie. To stop this crumbling of the world, me, anis and my class mate grand, had to bring down this big organization. We had to travel to the headquarters to bring down this organization. However, getting to the headquarters wasnt as easy as we thought. We got to this swamp-like area. Anis crossed it like it was nothing, but just as i was supposed to cross the swap, 2 aligators swam to the surface of the swamp water. I bailed out... and woke up.

29.12.2009 Time travel (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID No lucids tonight, but a very good dream recall night. Once again i was on a trip with my old gymnastics crew. This time we were going to VIK, a training facility i normaly train in in real life. As we got to VIK we were all told to enter this little room. Fitting 10 people in there was kind of a pain, but we managed. We lay down some mattresses and were well on our way to sleep. But some of the guys had turned on some random television, so instead of sleeping, we were watching television. After some time watching tv, some random tour guide told us to turn of the tv. We didnt turn it of though, we just turned down the volume. Suddenly i saw my parents through the door, the only thing different was that they were about 30 years younger than they are now. So i followed them. While stalking my parents, i was taken in by some italian icecream maker. As punishment i was set to clean his working table, which took ages. I woke up shortly after finishing. 29.12.2009 Multilevel-J (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID No details told, just basics. Me and my brother were alone in our grandparents appartment. As we were making dinner, some guy breaks in and tries to steal stuff. He has some kind of a weapon. SOme random girl suddenly pops up and tells me and my brother to take the burglers cellphone and call the police, since his cell has gps the cops would be able to locate us. As the burgler looks away, my brother steals his cell. The burgler noticed and pulled out his weapon. But just before he could do anything with the weapon, i did a rear-necked-choke on him. I used all the power i had, but the just slipped out. We fought... it was actually a silly fight because we were talking and shit while fighting... I woke up 29.12.2009 Camping (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Im not gonna go in detail with this dream. Basically i was out camping with my old gymnastics crew. The camping took place in a very camping like place.. but almost as we arrived, we had to leave again. As always we were traveling in traditional "Flying superkids Bus". I was in the back of the bus with this girl S, and we were just chilling. Suddenly the bus got lost, because the two cars leading the bus drove off into the bushes... we were lost, and i woke up. 29.12.2009 Skanderborg (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Not gonna go all detail in this dream. Basically me, my brother, my mom and dad where on our way to this mountain. And of course we were traveling in my dads car. As we got to the mountain, my dad told us he was about to do something he had always wanted to. He drove into one of the lakes up in the mountain. The lake was so deep that we quickly were almost 20 feet underwater. My dad told us that we should just stay calm... i woke up.

30.12.2009 Computer game (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I actually had two dreams this night, but i only managed to remember one of them.. I was in my parents old house (we moved about 5 years ago), and i was hanging with two of my old class mates, mikkel and morten, and my brother. I was actually on my way to somewhere, but before i went out i wanted morten to find my camera. Morten found the camera, but as he were to hand it to me, i had already decided to stay home and play some random video game with mikkel. We played for a while, and playing the game actually felt like being inside the game.. i woke up.

31.12.2009 New year (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I had two dreams this night, non of them lucid though. I forgot one of them, and im just gonna write the second down very quickly. As many of my other dreams, this was one where i was training with my old gymnastics crew (being with my old gymnastics crew is one of my dream signs, but i somehow keep missing it). Well we were just training... after some time i woke up.

01.01.2010 New years party (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I had two dream last night, non of them was that hardcore so ill just write the main plot down. This dream was basically just about my family hosting a big new years eve party. All the people we knew were invite. My class mates from elementry school even came... every body was there.. 01.01.2010 Tag (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Once more of the not so interesting dreams I was playing a game of tag with some random girl.. i actually think it was my cousin.. well anyway, i won the game. Rigt after the game ended, one of my parkour mates showed up. So we did an other game of tag...

02.01.2010 TST and VIK (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I actually had 3 dreams this night, however i only remember one of them, while i only remember like 1 second from the other two dreams. My dad was driving me and my brother to this place called TST. TST is a gymnastics facility where all kinds of sports take place. Sports such as football, handball, karate...... Well we were there to do gymnastics. On our way there, my dad drove like crazy. He almost ran this little kid over. Well we arrived on time and went inside, just to find that the inside of the facility looked just like VIK (another gymnastics facility we train in). Our friend thor was also there to train.. I woke up just after meeting thor. 02.01.2010 My jacket (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This dream i actually dont remember.. 03.01.2010 FA (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This night was one long night.. 5 dreams and 3 FAs. No lucids though. FA. I woke up. I grabbed my cellphone to call somebody. I actually have no idea who i wanted to call, i just called someone. As that person answered the phone, i said "Ohh sorry, wrong number", and hung up. My brother was also being yelled at by our mother, so i wanted to put my ear plugs in. I grabbed my ear plugs just to find out that all the yelling and calling on my cell phone was just a dream.. i fell back to sleep after some minutes. 03.01.2010 Christmas at grandma's (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Sick and disgusting dream.. My entire family was gathered for christmas. The big christmas party was held by my grandparrents in their tiny appartment. Just a second after sitting down at the dinner table, i had to go to the bathroom. I stood up and walked to the bathroom. As i passed my grandmother, she stood up and started her speech. I didnt care i just had to take a piss. I got to the toilet... but the toilet didnt look like a noral toilet. It was sooo tiny, and looked like a fusion between a dentists office and a public toilet.. well i tried to take a piss in the weird ass toilet. The toilet was hanging from the roof and very unstable. Shit and piss was everywhere... the bathtub was filled with shit, and especially the toilet was filled with shit and piss.. As i took a piss the toilet tilted and all the piss and shit fell ontop of my legs. I fell down because of the shits emence weight.. It was fucking disgusting!! Shit was all over me and i tried to call for help... the only response i got was "Ssssshh be quiet..".. This couldnt be happening.. i started scrapping the shit off my legs.. This still couldnt be happening.. I tried to RC. But just before RCing, i woke up......... My brother joe was in my room.. i told him to leave or something.. I woke up again.. False awakening.. 03.01.2010 FA parkour (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID False awakening once more... I gotta learn to RC every time i wake up.. I woke up because something was making some noice just outside of our house.. I got up and walked out my room. I found out that some people were about to rob us, so i grabbed one of our kitchen knives and artched outside. There was no one outside, so i walked further outside to find the bastards.. I found some kids running around, playing some kind of tag or something. I joined them and did some parkour with them... I woke up shortly after joining them.. 03.01.2010 Shopping RC Fail (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This dream i actually dont remember, but i wrote the following in my hand journal: Shopping with dad and joe.. RC fail.. 03.01.2010 Movie shooting (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This dream was nice! So i was at this screen shooting of this new movie. The movie was about a buisiness man, random girl and a ninja. Through out the movie the viewer would first follow the buisinessman up until the last fight sceen, then they would follow the girl, and lastly they would follow the ninja. After the three storylines would have played out, the final battle/sceen would begin. This sceen would involve all the charecters. I was the stunt double for the actor playing the ninja, so i had to do all the stunts for the last fight sceen. This was great! (i dont wanna go in detail in what i did, but it just involved parkour). As the last fight sceen was done, i got my picture taken with ninja actor, he looked like Jackie Chan.. Well, as i went outside, i found out that the flying superkids were performing. They did all kinds of nice stuff and they ended the show with doing a dive frontflip off a 4 meter drop.. Their landings sucked and about half of the once doing the frontflip, slammed their knees in the concret on impact.. fail.. Suddenly my grandmother also did the frontflip!! wtf!! After the show we all went to my grandmom's house.. The showed us a computer game she claimed she had been playing since she was a little girl.. this didnt make sence since there were no computers around when she was a girl.. I woke up.

05.01.2010 Death conditioning (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I woke up at about 5am, so i tried WILD. However, i didnt fully commit to it. I gave up after like 20 minutes, so i just tried to MILD. I fell asleep while vizualizing the dream i just had, but it didnt help at all.. Better luck nect time.. Me and my brother were in a fusion of all of denmark's best parkour spots.. We were there with loads of other guys. Guys from aarhus and guys from kopenhagen. I dont remember any parkour, but i remember doing some death conditioning.. cat crawling over this 5 inch wide 2 meter long stone brick, death underneath ofcourse.. I woke up while looking at my brother do the death cat crawl..

07.01.2010 Hostage (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I felt like this night wasnt as good a recall night... i remembered one, but i know i had two dreams, heres the one i kinda remembered. This dream took place in the house me and my family is currently living in. Me, my brother and my dad held this random guy hostage.. I dont actually remember any detail.. sad recall..

Good recall! 08.01.2010 Systema (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID This night was a nice night.. 5 dream recalled and one of them was a lucid! I used KingYoshi's WILD technique and it worked wonders! This first dream wasnt the lucid one.. The dream took place in a weird air ship like place. It actually looked kinda like one of the scenarios in the wii game im currently gaming (Final Fantasy Crystal Beares). Well, the guys i was hanging with was my brother and our parkour mate Boo (he is seriously named Boo..). We were hitting eachother. Not for laughs and not for hurting eachother... but for training. We were practising Systema.. One of us was in the middle while the two others just kept hitting. I woke up after some time in the middle.. 08.01.2010 WILDing into a nightmare (WILD) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID After waking up after the systema dream, i tried to WILD. I had said to myself just before laying in my bed, that i would work as hard as i could to get a lucid this night. So i did... After some time turning and laying still for a bit, i suddenly heard some loud scratching/semi banging noises. I knew it was HS so i had to be in sleep paralysis. Just after the HS stopped i tried to sit up. After sitting up i did a RC and sure enough, i was dreaming.I was in my bed and the lights wasnt on in my room. I tried to walk through the wall to get outside (my bed is just next the wall, so i actually tried to roll through the wall.) I couldnt so i just hit my head on the wall.. After a few seconds in the dream i sat myself on the edge of my bed while i was stabilizing the dream. The room was still dark so i tried to turn on the lights by clapping. However, my clapping failed. I mean the clapping itself failed. I tried to clap, but my hands felt like they were numb. Actually it semi felt like the sleep paralysis numbness i get sometimes. As i stood up i tried to walk (i have had problems with walking in my previous lucids) and it felt like walking in the real world, which was a nice feeling, since i wasnt able to walk properly in my other lucids. As i was walking i noticed something reaching out from underneath my bed. It was an arm... It reached out and grabbed something. As scared as i was, i kinda rushed out of my room and went to the front door. I said to myself "You know you are dreaming, the guy cant do anything to you", so the next thing i did was to face him. As i was stading at the front door, the guy from underneath my bed came crawling towards me. He was wearing an orange and gray t-shirt and boxers. He didnt look scary or anything, but i rushed at him. As i was kicking his face in, i woke up.. Not the lucid i had expected, but a lucid non the less. I succeded in walking properly, so it actually was a nice dream. 08.01.2010 Class mates (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was out having some dinner with my class mates from college.. But i didnt wanne stay there so i went outside and did some parkour with my friend Boo.. I woke up shortly after i joined Boo 08.01.2010 Harry Potter (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I actually dont remember anything from this next dream. I only remembered to remember that i had this dream.. All i wrote in my hand journal was: Harry Potter Dream.. 08.01.2010 Gymnastics again again (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID God... i missed my dream sign once again.. The dream was basically just me and 3 others from gymnastics preparing for a show we were about to do... Missed the dream sign...
