Hi all, about a month ago I became interested in lucid dreaming. I started working on my dream recall. After about 4 days of no recall I started taking a 100 mg B-6 & a 5 mg Melatonin pill each night before bed time. My dream recall started to improve with 1 or 2 dreams a night for about 2 1/2 weeks. Since then I have on had one dream (lucid) that I can recall. About 4 days ago I quite taking both pills. |
