having hard time remembering dreams clearly

iv been trying to remember my dreams better and more clearly so can do a good WILD. i dont really have a problem with remembering my dreams just having them be more clear. There always really patchy and i can usually only remember small parts. i have a dream journal and iv been righting them down too. im trying to do this because i had a WILD but i could only remember parts. also i was wondering if i could be able to make my dreams (lucid and non-lucid) be almost crystal clear. if not, can i do that with a WILD correctly!?! thanks!!!http://static3.dreamviews.org/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif

How long have you been trying? Dream clarity depends on your level of stress throughout the day and some key vitamins. I've heard that Omega-3, Niacin, and B vitamins should all help. Apple juice, not from concentrate, should help too.

Kushybear, iv been trying this for about a month but the first 2 weeks i was going about it all wrong so it doesnt really count. I do take those gummy vitamins to help me think better and stay focised ( i just eat them cause they taste good . Also i have heard of drinking apple juice but i also heard it doesnt do anything. Im going to get some apple juice right now to act as an experiment... ...turns out we dont have any, but we have palmigranite juice wich it says on the back: an exilent source of omega 3, vitamin B too!
