I don't know on this one. could have been either the sage or hot water. i do now temperature affects dreams and recall and when warmer you recall more. have you done anything close to this before? |

I havnt been able to become lucid for a couple weeks, I've been doing reality checks, dream journal etc. I noticed my dream recall was starting to fade so last night before bed, I put steaming water in a bowl and leaned over it with a towel on my head. I also burned some sage in my room an went to bed early. I ended up having like 10 memorable dreams last night and remembered all of them. I woke up at 3am and recorded some. I also had a low level lucid dream where I realized my mood affected the world around me so turned a bad dream into a good one. Do you think it was the steam and sage? Or something else? |

Empty your mind, Be formless,
Shapeless, Like water
You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup
You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle
You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot
Now water can flow, or it can crash
Be water, My friend
Placebo probably. You believed these things would help you recall and hence you did. I find warmth tends to interrupt my recall, i don't sleep soundly when i'm overly warm. |
