Hello I've had a long break from lucid dreaming and now I've started again. Back then I got really long dreams and they played like I was watching them in real time if you know what I mean. |

Of course it also depends a lot on the effort you put into it and the methods you use, I think getting it back in less than a month should be totally possible. Dig out your old DJ, or if you don't have one I'd recommend you to start one. Appart from that you might take a look at the compendium I recently wrote, there are lots of methods and tricks for recall in there. |

Personal Records so far: Max lucids per day: 2 | Max lucids per week: 4 | Max lucids per month: 8 | Max dreams recalled in one night: 17
Longest lucid dream: ~35min | Highest flight: zoomed out of common existence [WTF?] | Fastest speed: FTL | DILD/EILD/DEILD [X] | WILD/VILD [X] | MILD/FILD/HILD [ ]

Like mentioned, it really depends on the effort and practice of both recalling each dream and how detailed your journal entries become. |
