      Cool Interesting recall method

So for the past few weeks I've found a strange way of remembering my dreams. When I wake up I have a song stuck in my head that I had not been listening to the previous night, and if I attempt to recall were I heard it brings my back to my dream scene. I have the feeling that if I didn't move as I awoke this could be used for me as a method of WILD. Usually after remembering where in my dream I heard the song, I can remember almost all of my dream. I'm definitely thinking that music is a dream sign for me since all my dreams have music in them now. Every morning I'm waking up thinking of a different song. ^.^

That's so cool Why not make the song for real? I sometimes have dreams of songs that at the time I dream it it feels like I have heard it before, but when I wake up I realize that it was a completley new song, but I always forget how it goes :/ But awesome recall method as well

All the songs I dream of are real. ^.^ Last night it was My Girl. I always just wake up humming, starting to get used to it.

this has happened to me before twice in the same night, but the dreams only consisted of sound if that makes sense. It was just blackness while the song was playing, as if i had a dream about lying in bed with my eyes closed while listening to music.

For months I've been waking up with a different song instantly stuck in my head. Unfortunately, the more I think about the song, the more my dream fades. I have to consciously block out the music to recall anything. I wish it worked the other way!
We were always dreaming of how it was going to be.

This sounds very intriguing! I may have a play around with music in my dreams in my next lucid!
I'm not sure if it's relevant, but can anyone else hear external music whilst in a dream? I can, as I use it as a method of waking up during a dream as my REM period fades, so I can recall the prior events, but the music is slowed down, and dulled/muffled.... Am I the only one who experiences this?

This night I actually heard Pendulum - Witchcraft in a perfect quality! I was lucid during that time though, but stil amazed that my brain was capable of that

That's a brilliant song; Your subconscious has good taste!
On a serious note, I agree that the minds capacity to render audio during dreams is exceptional
