      Question Dream recall question

Hello DV, i am kinda experiencing weird problems with recall.
for example: 2 days ago i could remember 2 fully dreams
      today i didn't remember a single one.

is this normal? i always get to sleep at the same time.

A couple questions to help narrow down the issue. How long have you been working to increase your recall? Are you keeping a DJ? Are you using alcohol/drugs? Did you use any mantras or other recall methods?

I find that my dream recall ebbs and wanes: some nights it is better, some nights it's worse, but as long as I continue to work on my dream journal, it then gets better again though I do get some dry spells.

There are many and many reasons that can cause recall drops, not all are known, but if it's not for long you don't need to worry, it definitely will be back. Having stable sleeping schedule should help with recall though, and also i suggest lying still when waking up while recalling. Also try waking up right after dream, it is the best time to recall the dream and it can be done by using mantra like "I wake up after each dream and remember it".

Don't worry, this happens to me a lot. One night I remember a full dream, and the next day I remember absolutely nothing at all. It's normal.
