Dreams jurnal does not work anymore

Hi Two weeks ago I started a dreams jurnal. 3 days later I was able to recall at least 2 dreams for every night. But now I have a problem. To understand better what I want to say i will tel you my sleep schedule: I go to sleep at 11-12 PM and every day I wake up to 7 AM, and then sleep again 'till 10 AM. Now after 2 weeks since I started the dreams jurnal I can recall only what I dream from 7 AM to 10 AM and I forget what I dreamed the whole night. I'm doing something wrong? why I can't recall my dreams from my sleep during the night? If anybody can respond to theese questions please post a reply

P.S.: I'm sorry if I made writing mistakes, my english it's not the best (I'm from Europe)

When you wake up at 7 AM, try just lying there, without actually going to sleep and try to remember your dreams. Once you've got everything you can, write it down and then go to sleep.

Sometimes dream recall can fluctuate, for known or unknown reasons, but it definitely will be back!
And yeah, try what splodeymissile said, also you can do mantras when falling asleep like "I remember my dreams" and also doing some general memory practice before going to sleep, like recalling whole day. And also check out this thread for more info about dream recall: http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-sign...ompendium.html

Perhaps you should briefly change your sleep schedule for a few days. Instead of waking up at seven set your alarm clock for five or six, and then see if you can recall the dreams that you had that night. Even if you don't do this, though, like Scionox said--you will start remembering your dreams again. Maybe sooner than later. ^_^

Dream Journal-ing can become habit, which will make the whole "going over the dreams again" pointless. I would recommend DJing with a purpose. Check out my DJ system in my signature.

Also! That dream recall compendium is amazingly helpful at things that will help you recall. Twas one of the first things that I used when starting out.

      BEWARE
Don't forget that in order to have consistent recall, you should have a consistent sleep schedule. Also, if you can't remember any dreams upon waking every morning when you are consistent, try going for a WBTB or a Micro-WBTB. Waking up directly from a dream will make it extremely easier to remember.
