Thread: What is YOUR dream sign?

Here a few of my dream signs:
-Knives that don't cut or stab. (That sounds a little odd, doesn't it? But I tend to have frequently violent dreams. )
-Being in one of my old houses or schools.
-An old friend moving to where I live now.
-My dad or siblings showing no concern for my well-being.
-One of my old, vindictive teachers appearing.
-Arriving at school without a backpack. (This has actually happened in real life, believe it or not. I just pretended it was all part of a plan nobody understood yet. )

Of course, I've yet to realize dream signs within a dream. I'll get there, though.

My dream signs...um.....
questing myself....
poking my finger through my left hand...
breathing with my fingers holding my nose.
that's about it....
oh yeah....and just questining my surrondings.

My most reliable dream sign is being in my grandparent's backyard. I have a dream there about once a week, and I don't know why.

Also, finding myself in my high school. I have one of those dreams about once every two weeks.

Performing gravity-defying acrobatics like jumping really far or doing flips.

Running slower than I should be.

Brightly colored rocks on a beach or next to a river. I have no clue why I have so many dreams about this.

Breathing underwater.

When I act like a fool or do something weird or violent in public that I never would.

My dream signs are
- usually me (as third person) doing something
- teeth falling out, or wriggling them or feeling with my tongue
- flying
- parents house either in the garden or inside one of the rooms

well... cause usually i remember dreams once a month, i don't have many but i did remember a dream last night and... i suppose the dream sign would be my firends mother... or... anyone speaking to me extreamly rudly and threatining to leave the province. unfortunatly for me... i didn't realise it and i didn't become lucid!

WASP - anytime I see a bee or wasp I do a reality check. I have allergic reactions to bee stings so the fear of them has been in my sub-conscious mind for a long time.....and of course, since I fear them, wasps enter my dream world alot.....I chose this dream sign for my avatar. That will be one more RC everytime I see it!

I havent properly LDd yet but in most of my dreams I see my friends or am in a random house and see random girls I have seen about

Well, i recently discovered this BIG dream sign of mine that is that in my dreams im always in strange and invented places, so when ever i don't recognize the place i know im dreaming.

And also i have sex with unknown chiks, well actually having sex should be a dream sign for me..

Ehe, yeah, that would be a sign for me too (then again, its sex with guys, me being female and all).

Well, mine are:
* Talking Fox that discusses Philosophy with me
* Bleeding from the eyes
* Running REALLY slow
* Water in odd places (I'll be in school and there will be a lake outside)

I have some odd dream signs....... :shock:

Well let me think...

-If i jump a little but dont come down(Gliding/Flying).
-Jumping Kind of High then questioning myself then Jumping Really High.
-Being In my Old Neighborhood.
-Tall Swaying Trees.
-Cars that dont work or just sit there.
-Running but feel like i keep tripping or cant run right.
-Waking up in my room but then realizing i didnt fall asleep in my room.
-People doing strange things.
-Noticing im just standing still and nothing is moving.
-Im standing still and nothing seems to notice me.
-Breathing underwater or being in a bubble all the sudden when i go into deep water.
-Doing soemthing that I shouldnt have done in public but there is no consequence to it.

got more just cant think of them.

Mine are:

- Being in some kind of conflict, either winning effortlessly or loosing really bad
- Lightsabers
- Being in a HUGE indoor room
- Someone threatens my sister
- Something is wrong with the light (color, a reflection that should not be there, etc.)

Not much luck in exploiting them yet, though.

my dream signs are ---
-spinning or watching someone spin (i think thats because im not very good at staying lucid so i think about it)
-and rollercosters

i think its really anything with a strange motion

Of the few LD's that I can recall there is something that happens in the dream that causes me to become angry or scared and this causes me to be lucid.

I have tried spinning and it always woke me up.

Then i would suggest to not spin and rub your hands together really fast it works every time and the dream becomes much more vivid also.

Well, once in one of my dreams the street was half covered in snow and half not... another was when this one nacklace of mine looked different.... I donn't have any consistent signs.

I never seem to have any recurring dreamsigns. My dreams are just absolutely random. In fact, they usually don't even relate to anything that has happened recently.

It sucks!

I have noticed Car Accidents and these two or three unkown people who are my 'friends'.

The only thing that has caused me to go Lucid was someone mentioning about
"being in this dream".

Otherwise the most common reccurence for me is strange technologies we do
not normally see in this reality. (Normally, bah! Most of the things I've seen. I've not
seen in movies...)

Items I have had the pleasure of experiencing:

Giant Helicopters (big enough to walk around in the baggage area..)
I think it was russian (It was red!)

Suits that look like Hockey Armor, that make you fly!

Space Cruisers (Like a cruise ship, but in space. The starfields are AW_SOME!!!)

Roll Back trucks with their own Bowling Ball Storage

Twentieth Century Homes on giant Lazy suzans. (Like in a park, on display...like for
a museum or something...)

Automatic doors in a shopping mall that come out of the floor

Time Travelers (waiting in line)

And several other things I cannot remember (without going and reading my journal)
